I've worked with trainers before with disappointing results: lack of attention, lack of creativity, lack of results. FitPro has totally changed my mind about the importance of a trainer to get you where you want to go. Tia's workouts are carefully crafted to be dynamic, engaging, and, most importantly, EFFECTIVE. She CARES about you--all of you--and devotes her time to your success. She brought this former athlete and tired mom-of-three back to life. I'll definitely be back for more.

I just finished the 30 day challenge with my fiance, and we were blown away by the program and (most importantly) the results we saw from it. Tia's workouts are intense and varied, and as a beginner I was honestly terrified going into it because I couldn't do a single pushup. Tia was there every step of the way, providing support, critiquing form, offering advice, fine-tuning our diet, keeping us on track. We scheduled a training session with her for form correction on our major lifts and she expertly diagnosed our issues. The challenge community was so fun and helpful as well. I enjoyed that aspect more than I thought I would. I was a complete beginner doing the level one workouts; some seriously fit people were doing level three. At the end of the 30 days, I'm down an inch from my waist, my fiance is down 10 pounds, and we feel like totally different people. We have so much more energy. I've lost fat in places I had given up on. We've started doing hikes that used to kick my butt just to see how easy they are now. I'm doing pushups for fun now. FOR FUN.Bottom line, this is different than what you've done. This is different from what you're going to get anywhere else. Whatever your starting point, seriously, just do everything Tia says and watch what your body can do.

Like a lot of people, I was in need of assistance with weight loss. I came across Tia from a mutual acquaintance and decided to give her 30 day challenge a shot. To my surprise, I was hooked. I had never done a deadlift in my entire life, but found myself wanting to get better at deadlifts, squats, and bench press. With the help of her nutritional guidance and lifting expertise I saw results in my weight, health, and energy. What’s even more amazing is that Tia helped me from AZ and I live in MA! She’s a no BS trainer who is always willing to help you if you’re willing to help yourself.

I recently participated in the Fit Pro 20 day challenge and it was great! It was highly encouraging. You do what you can do, but there is a lot of motivation to complete the workouts, eat healthier and encourage other participants. I have never felt stronger or healthier!
