This is a great gym but can you please stop playing two sets of music at once. Hard enough to focus if you forget your headphones when the class instructor is screaming out where everyone is working out. Then add two horrible techno playlists running at the same time. Just turn one off or down. Don’t forget your headphones, lesson learned.

This used to be 5 stars. The equipment is nice and it’s a great location, but it’s now at a point that no matter what time you go, it is absurdly crowded. I’m almost never able to get the workout I want in because everything is taken, and you’ve got people breathing down your neck in every corner. I’ll be cancelling my membership this month and looking for an alternative.

Good luck trying to cancel your membership without paying a fee.I was told that after one year I would automatically be month to month. Fast forward to the day i cancel, they made me pay a fee since they automatically renew without giving me any warning! Complete bs. On top of that, the guy working in membership Sevices was beyond rude. Definitely find another gym to workout at.

Great gym! Lots of convenient locations across the Valley. Lots of top of the line equipment.I especially appreciate that the owner didn't just roll over when AZ Governor Ducey mandated all gyms had to close during covid. He called BS on it and demanded data showing people were at risk while improving their physical and mental well-being. He Supported us...I'll continue to Support him/his employees!

Mountainside is the best gym in the Valley!especially this Happy Valley location, The energy and vibe here is positive and motivating and addicting! I definitely recommend this gym.
