Best decision was to join Muscletopia. The atmosphere is designed to get the best out of you and you feel in when you walk in. Great machines, free weights, and cardio stations. Ivan is great and really cares about your success. He will give you that extra bolt of energy when you think your'e at your limit. What ever your goal is their training plans will get you there.

Immediately welcomed by the gym owner and able to walk-in and get a workout in easily. Didn’t have to wait on any machines. Had a great selection.

I've worked out at home for the past decade and made the decision to join this gym to socialize more as well as move my physique to the next level. The owner of this gym, Ivan, will go out of his way to make you feel like a member of his family and personally see to it that you make strides in accomplishing the goals you seek to accomplish in joining Muscletopia. I've worked out in big box gyms, and they just can't compare to the personalized experience and the sense of community you will experience here. The gym is always immaculate, has all the equipment a body builder could desire, is quiet compared to big box gyms, has incredible staff and customers. I really can't say enough good things about this place. If you make the decision to work out here, you will not be disappointed.Update: It's been 6 months now and I'm still loving this place. Ivan is constantly improving the gym and this continues to be a VERY community oriented place to stay in shape 👍

Throughout my lifetime I have been a part of more than a dozen gyms/ private gyms and private training all around the world. I currently live in London, UK and have had the priveladge to call Muscletopia and Ivan Almonte not only my fitness coach since 2018 and yet also a mentor in life and discipline. Anyone can be a coach and yet to be a TRUE coach you have to show up always abd be willing to be hard on your client and lift them up when they are falling. Ivan does that and more for me everyday- he is a complete expert and professional and masters his craft like I have never seen before in the fitness industry. His passion shines through his exemplary work and his love for what he does ahows up every day! Out of all of the gyms and coaches I have met around the world nothing beats Ivan and Muscletopia! Dont walk - RUN to Muscletopia or give him a call and it will be the first step to the best version of yourself you can be!!!

Coach Ivan embodies the tough but fair nature of a coach, I’ve only been going for a couple weeks, but in just that amount of time he’s not only helped me out in terms of physical fitness, but also has given me an amazing diet plan that caters specifically to the foods I like and don’t like. His program is pretty expensive, especially if you choose his top tier program like I did, but I can say without a doubt I’ve gotten my money’s worth and then some. Muscle topic is a fantastic gym headed by a fantastic coach, I 100% recommend.

I have been working online with muscletopia and I couldn't be happier. Ivan has made a great plan for me that is easy to follow. Ivan has been in constant contact answering any and all questions I have. The app makes it easy to follow the workout plan. As a new mama of baby boy this is what I needed.
