Coach Ivan embodies the tough but fair nature of a coach, I’ve only been going for a couple weeks, but in just that amount of time he’s not only helped me out in terms of physical fitness, but also has given me an amazing diet plan that caters specifically to the foods I like and don’t like. His program is pretty expensive, especially if you choose his top tier program like I did, but I can say without a doubt I’ve gotten my money’s worth and then some. Muscle topic is a fantastic gym headed by a fantastic coach, I 100% recommend.

I got a great workout in at Muscletopia while I was passing through Phoenix for a short trip. Ivan is a great guy. Really accommodating place with lots of equipment.

Amazing place! I like how much space there is, how clean it is, all the equipment is excellent! Free waters, Great environment and amazing customer service. Trainers are understanding and help out when needed. Came in for a few day passes and the place is flawless. Owner is a one of a kind man!

Muscletopia, the “anti gym, gym”.A place with great, up-kept equipment, enough machines to prevent crowding. Passionate/friendly members, knowledgeable and helpful trainers, and great music!Ivan is a catalyst in the industry. You can feel how much he cares about his gym, living life to the fullest, and most of all, his clients.By anti gym, gym, you’ll have to ask Ivan to know more. 😎

I love this gym. The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is very welcoming, kind, and supportive. Every time I have gone it is never overly busy so I can have my own space to do my own workouts. There are a variety of machines to use which is great. Ivan really cares about your experience and really welcomes you to the family from the beginning. I love it here.

Great environment with an even better owner/trainer. Visited for spring break and I have to admit this is a place to get your workout in and get out! Super motivating. Not to mention the iconic bathroom 😅 …

I’ve been working out in this gym for the past 2 months or so and overall I have had nothing but a great experience coming in and getting to work. The owner Ivan is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable in his practice and what he’s created. Private gym scene without any distractions. Everything you need is here in terms of working out and getting in the right mindset to workout.

Great equipment, so clean and very welcoming place! Came here on my boyfriend’s recommendation and was totally worth walking 2 miles to visit! Best workout I’ve had in a long time and awesome vibes!
