I moved out to Phoenix a couple of months ago and tried a couple of gyms before stumbling onto Omega on Instagram. This place is a premier powerlifting gym and it doesn’t get much better. They have a ton of great equipment to use and the atmosphere is second to none. If you’re in the valley and looking for a gym you won’t find anything better.

Omega is an amazing gym lead by some of the most passionate humans. I can from a commercial gym wanting to be a stronger me and be surrounded by like minded individuals. Quickly I was humbled and walking in for the first time I knew Omega was on a different level. Just as quickly as I was humbled I was also welcomed by the community Omega has cultivated. From lifting heavy, talking about hobbies, and going demon mode with my boy Lucas. Omega isn't just a gym, Omega is a community for the people by the people.

As I write this in-between sets, it’s hard not to stop and look around and admire everything Omega is. This isn’t the first version of the gym and it won’t be the last. Maria and David are the lost driven, supportive, and supportive gym owners I’ve met to date. I’ve been a member of multiple gyms from the west to east coast and Omega is incomparable as it exists in a weight class that other gyms cannot touch. From the competition level plates and equipment, power racks that span the space, strong man training equipment, the famous Goku and Vegeta mural, as well as the addition of new equipment on a regular basis, Omega has everything you could ever need for your strength training purposes. The community Omega has created is what has kept me at the gym for well over a year. When you walk into the gym, you’re greeted by a community of people who leave their ego at the door and share a common interest in becoming the best they can be in the sport. At any given time you can find members training for Strong Man, Powerlifting, Powerbuilding, or Body Building. The gym welcomes and fits everyone no matter what their goals are. We’re all regular people with the same passion. In-between sets you’ll here everything from the strongest people in the valley giving advice graciously, David and Maria sharing their visions for the next steps of the gym, Jorge and I chopping it up about the next Nike release and how we can’t get a date, who has the newest and best parts for their gaming PC, and everything else you could think of. We’re just like you, but we all come together to become the best versions of ourselves in a place where strength unites us all.

Definitely well deserving of it’s 5⭐️. Best gym in Arizona and the owner David is honestly the best gym owner I’ve met. Although I didnt spend much time there, I still enjoyed it everyone was nice and the owners were great. I hope this stays at 5 stars as it is all it deserves :)

Omega is the best gym for serious dedicated people. If you compete or just want a gym that has a great community of like minded people, this is the gym for you! Omega has calibrated plates, squat racks, competition benches, and every bar you will need to train different implements. The owners are awesome and you can go at anytime, day or night. The environment is very clean and everyone who trains there takes pride in the facility.

Finally found my gym after a few years in the valley!Centrally located, this gym has everything you could want from a facility focused on strength training. I never have to wait to use the racks like I did at EOS, no crazy rules like planet fitness, no contracts like all of the rest!Everyone is very kind and polite, the facilities are always clean and maintained.Omega doesn’t simply rest on its laurels either—the gym is constantly adding new equipment, and for those so Inclined, they can prepare you for strength training competitions which the gym is heavily involved in.
