Was on the hunt for a new gym since last year and Instagram made a suggestion. Thank God!It's the best gym if you're looking for specific equipment and community. The owners are extremely friendly and genuinely care about their members. The members are super encouraging and helpful. If you're into competing they will definitely try to coordinate a large group outing so there is maximum support.Even better is the location

This is a great gym with even better people! My boyfriend and I moved across the country a few months ago so we needed a new gym in Phoenix. Being new to powerlifting, that intimidated me at first, but from day one the Omega family has welcomed us with open arms & the gym has been nothing but a positive experience! Definitely recommend!

Started training at omega in early of April of this year as I was looking for a gym to prep for a powerlifting meet Upon walking in, I was amazed at the equipment they had that suited all my needs for strength training along with the space open enough where it doesn’t feel crowded. The members at the gym are very supportive and always willing to help you with any assistance you need. Does feel like a strong bond of lifters with similar goals of getting stronger. Comfortable setting, great lighting, loud stereo and gym is super clean each time I come in. Best thing is they have calibrated rogue plates which are the same they use in competition so it lets you adapt to that feel vs conventional commercial gym plates which could be off a few lbs. The owners are always looking into what equipment to get next or what improvements can be made to the gym for the members which is not found in most gyms today. They support their lifters by attending meets in and out of town which is awesome to see!

Good facility, all the equipment you need for any type of workout. Owners are accomidating and friendly. This is a private gym so call don't show up. Common sense :)

Great little powerlifting gym. Good community. Lots of engagement if you want it. The only thing they're lacking is a shower/water fountains. Not enough to keep me away.Update**They have a water machine now! Perfect for those Arizona summers

Best powerlifting gym in AZ. I was a small little beta boy before I signed up here. My arms have already grown 5" thanks to the awesome curl racks they have there too!

Best powerlifting gym in AZ! This place has everything you need. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. The gym is also clean and kept up with. The gym environment very encouraging and has definitely kept me motivated.

This gym is incredibly welcoming and in it for the right reasons. My 2 roommates joined a couple months ago and raved about the gym! If you're serious about improving your squad, deadlift and bench or just want a friendly gym that doesn't force you into a contract check out Omega Strong. The owner was incredibly friendly and kind :)
