I finally found all the professional help I was looking for to help me in my journey. Not just a gym. Underground Fitness is dedicated to the whole you and your transformation in to a better you. I'm progressing greatly and I'm happy to be doing it here

This facility exceeded all of my expectations!!! If you are new or seasoned to the health and fitness world and looking for results, this is the place for you. I have tried everything under the Sun to loose weight and everything was temporary BUT I am down 20lbs and counting because their approach is more than just losing the weight it is about changing the lifestyle! If you are contemplating if it will work or not, You truly have to see for yourself!!!!

I have lost weight and gained confidence with Roxanne as my trainer and Adrianna as my nutrition coach. I am able to do things I thought I never would and also mental clarity has improved. I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m totally thrilled.

When I first started this journey I was scared and unsure if I was going to see the results I wanted as I've been on many different programs and "diets" in the past. However; Ron and his team have demolished that fear away!! Taking on their program has made me more confident, more sure, and really has given me my life back. If you're looking to change your life and story you need this program!!

I looked at several options before deciding to give UF a chance. I was recovering from a serious illness and really needed to get back some strength and flexibility and balance, and most importantly confidence. After a few weeks I am stronger, I no longer walk like an old man, my posture is better, and I feel great. This has everything to do with my amazing trainer, Matt. He is super smart, and he is teaching me so much. He always has my goals and my safety in mind. He knows when to push me and when to give me my space. Ok, mostly he pushes me, and it’s great. This is a place where you can be successful, whether you want to be a bodybuilder or just be healthy and fearless. To be completely clear, I still F#%*ing hate gyms, but this is much more than a gym.

Wonderful gym with a caring and focused personalized training regiment. You get a trainer who deeply cares about your success and motivates you to take the same desire for your physical health and the improvement and of it. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a training regiment that matters!!

I love my experience at Underground Fitness the staff are friendly and professional. The owner is very welcoming, understanding, and supportive. The facility is very clean and well maintained in an environment where it can be very easy to lose track of hygiene and etiquette.

Was in search of a place that would get me back in shape. Being in Phoenix only 3 months I Googled and found UF. What luck! David is my trainer and could not ask for a better one. He pushes me and has helped me gain muscle and strength! Adrianna is my nutrition and personal growth coach and wow. I have learned how to talk to myself differently and she keeps me real! I consider them both friends not just coaches!! They care about their clients! What a great team Ron has. Can’t thank them enough for helping me get better every day!

When I first started looking for a place to workout I came across underground fitness. I definitely was struggling with body issues, mentally and physically. I have tried commercial gyms and to me they are very intimidating. So when I found this place, I was very excited to see what it was about. This place definitely gives you step by step on what to do. From what to eat, workouts, and a coach that helps you figure everything out. It's been a great experience so far and I can't wait to continue to see progression in myself.
