I am still a beginner and this is my first training program. I would say it’s lucky for me to find this place and started training with David. He’s super encouraging, patient and professional. I can definitely feel the progress and the muscles I’m building since I want to focus more on the upper body. And to not ruin everything I’ve been drinking less and less and that makes me feel actually better about myself being able to make my life more positive! This is definitely the place if you want to either start training or get back on track.

David has been great to work with. He has been instrumental in my journey to weight loss and overall better health. I can honestly say I DO feel better and HAVE lost weight 20 lbs so far). He has helped me believe I CAN do it and tried to help me not feel discouraged when I don’t get full reps each set! My training takes into account my back issues and to ensure I’m consistently challenged. Thank you all! I definitely recommend the team at Underground. Specifically David (my trainer) and Matt who had also helped me along the way.

As someone who had never been to any gym before in my life, they really helped me feel comfortable and learn how to do the different exercises. The trainers are awesome and I love the positive and supportive community here as well. I’ve been going for several months now and have absolutely loved my time here.

Great trainers! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Results focused on reaching your goals. All staff and trainers conscious of safety and education of proper techniques. Would recommend. Trainer Matt was awesome, personable and focused. Sessions went by quickly and variety of different workouts with a good mix of cardio and strength.

I have developed a whole new outlook on "working out" at Unground Fitness. I've always held a gym membership but lacked motivation and a consistent desire to go keep going; it was very defeating. I've been training with David for nine weeks now, and my "gym mindset" has been transformed. David has established a training routine specific to my goals, keeps me accountable to my attendance and dedication, coaches me on proper form and techniques, and he does it with a positive attitude. Training has now become a normal aspect of my life and I'm motivated to improve my self and reach my goals. David is a great trainer! He knows just how far to challenge me to see progress yet not so hard that I feel frustrated. He is able to adapt exercises as needed. David motivates me to do my best and celebrates in my accomplishments! So glad to have found Underground Fitness and to be paired up with David!

This gym is awesome! I first met with Ron for a consult. I was 9 months post coronary bypass and needed to gain some strength and flexibility, he assured me my training sessions would be safe. I met with my personal trainer Roxanne next. I can’t say enough good things about Roxanne, she is fantastic! My sessions focused on my health and fitness. She started slow and made sure my heart rate was at target and not too fast. She keeps the sessions interesting and fun, I actually look forward to going which is a very new experience for me. I have joined several gyms over the years and several had personal trainers but at UGF I feel like I have found a home gym finally. Next came sessions with Adrianna a nutrition life coach. She is so patient and upbeat. She has given me several everyday tips I can incorporate into my daily routine, meal prep doesn’t feel so much like a chore. Her support has been amazing. Having the team at UGF to support me has made a huge difference in my life. I feel so much better and know I’m on the way to better health and fitness. Thank you UGF!

Underground Fitness is a great place to start working out. Ron, the director, is a wonderful communicator and will work with you should any questions or concerns arise. I've been working with Matt Guzy as my trainer, and I never in a million years thought I'd say this, but I genuinely look forward to my workouts with him! Matt designs a workout for right where my current level is at, and they are always different and interesting. I deeply appreciate what he has planned, his explanations & demos on the exercises, his ability to hear me out, and his keen eye on how my body may not be in the best form, and then providing adjustments. Should you be new to working out or personal training, I highly recommend Underground Fitness.

I finally decided that the only way for me to change my lifestyle was to get a personal trainer to hold me accountable and teach me all I need to know to work out in the gym since working out at home led to too much inconsistency. I'm so glad that I found Underground Fitness! They are a personal training only gym and also offer nutrition coaches if you also need help with changing what you eat to be more healthy. I signed up for the 9 week program with a personal trainer and nutrition coach, which greatly helped me change my outlook on fitness and nutrition. I then signed up for an additional 13 weeks of personal training only. I now feel confident to get a gym membership and do this thing on my own. I truly have experienced a lifestyle change. David was so great to work with as my trainer and he pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. Thanks Underground Fitness for all of your help! 💪👏
