I’ve been going to kick house now for almost two years and I love it! The coaches are awesome and always accommodate. The other members become your friends and everyone has a good time in class!

It is rare to get a core workout that gets your heart pumping. Even more rare to learn basic self defense skills while doing all that fitness. Kickhouse does all that in a friendly, non-intimidation environment. Definitely worth at least giving them a try! Thanks guys!

It will be a year in March already that I joined. I have more energy and enjoy the people there. Khom, Heather and Jeff are wonderful! You go at your own pace and do what you can do. I joined the 8 week challenge and it has been almost 3 weeks and I feel better in my clothes and I am down 6 lbs. I looked for an exercise program for years and never really enjoyed one until now! Keep Calm and Kick On!

Kickhouse feels like a community! The instructors will help you with your form and motivate you to push yourself. The music always gets me pumped up, especially first thing in the morning. All of the members are friendly, inclusive, and make you feel like you’re a part of a team.My favorite classes are the KickHIIT and the Express Kick . I highly recommend giving Kickhouse a try. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Today i did a power kick class with Jeff virtual. He is an amazing teacher. he keeps us motivated and keeps a close eye on us for safety purposes. I burn calories during this class. He takes his time teaching and watches us to make sure we are on track. i have known Jeff for years and he never gives up on the people that walk through the door. He is energetic and personable. His classes are tough however he will tell you to modify, and he looks out for you. i cannot say enough good things about Jeff. He is the owner of Kick house and treats everyone as an individual.

Jeff and Khom are excellent instructors! Their gung-ho attitude and positivity rubs off on all of the participants.Express or full length class...it's always a great cardio workout as well as martial-arts practice.I HIGHLY recommend KickHouse to anyone interested in learning Muay Thai and wanting to improve themselves.

The staff is amazing! They are very welcoming and down to earth. They greet you with a smile and genuine laughs from the moment you step foot in the door! They are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. They are really personable. I told them one time that I had a son, and they went above and beyond to ask me how he was doing my next visit. I loved that! They take their time and teach you step by step the excersises. They offer free water if you don't bring one, which I love. It's affordable and very fun. If you're not a gym person such as myself, this is an amazing alternative! I am not the type that has any type of coordination whatsoever, but they absolutely 100% make sure they teach you until you get it. Tomorrow will be my third day, and I'm already starting to feel slightly more coordinated lol lol. Even the other people who joined are nice and welcoming and willing to help you! They really have nice people who joined. Couldn't pick a better group of people to spend my time with while exercising! And for any reason, if you can't make it physically, they have a Zoom from home option, isn't that incredible? You bet it is!! I have rear wheel drive, so these winter months will benefit me to stay active from home. No other place, I'm sure, offers that! Everyone has everyone's back. You really feel like your apart of a family when you're there! They sell boxing gloves, shirts, hand wraps, and more! Everything is so affordable, especially now in this new economy! Anyway, if you're still reading this, you should definitely go sign up! This is the place to be!

Jeff, Khom, and Heather create a super welcoming environment where you can work hard but at your own pace. In my first two classes, I learned tons of fundamentals, did some familiar exercises, and met some great classmates.
