I love coming to kickhouse!!! They are consistently kind, supportive, and I love that they care about doing the steps correctly and to avoid getting hurt while exercising. Khom keeps us coming back! I appreciate all the time and effort she has put into me personally in helping me perfecting my form. If you are a beginner you can always just wave her over and she’ll be more than glad to help you catch up and understand the rounds. If you are an expert, I promise this will still challenge you. They absolutely know what they are doing, and are experts, you can tell this is their passion. Thank you everyone!

Been a member of KickHouse Pittsburgh for 5+ years, love the classes, instructors are friendly & funny, they encourage & help me to better myself, the other members are also friendly & funny. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a high intensity workout. My first class I had a coach named Penny, the instructor was Khom Hama, it was hard @ first, but Penny helped me through it & after that it grew easier for me to do the classes.

I had a really great time at Kickhouse Pittsburgh! I've been wanting to try out a new work out for awhile and I'm glad I chose this place to try it. Upon my arrival, Khom greeted me by name and I felt immediately comfortable. Everyone there was really nice and I didn't feel awkward at all for a first time somewhere, which can sometimes happen. What I really enjoyed is that they kept reminding me to pace myself and that it was okay to take my time and take breaks if I needed to. I didn't feel like I had to keep pushing myself if I couldn't and I didn't feel judged by it at all! It actually helped me to take a rest and then get back into it. Learning the moves and how to box and how to kickbox was thorough and Jeff motivated me and made me feel good the entire time! Although you are learning the moves while the class is happening, i still felt apart of it, even if other people knew more than me and I really liked that a lot. The facility is also really clean and I didn't feel unsafe when it came to Covid. It was a really fun and great work out, I'm excited to go back!

I was so nervous going into the class. I’ve done kickboxing classes before I didn’t stick with them because they were too difficult straight out the gate. The instructor was absolutely wonderful and didn’t push me too hard but just enough given how out of shape I am. The atmosphere was really inviting and friendly. I managed to break a sweat and left feeling great. I was also excited by the idea that the instructor was willing to help me focus on my goals, which are to get leaner and quit smoking.I can’t recommend this place enough!

The environment is very good, clean, organized, the instructors are amazing, friendly, very attentive to beginners and concerned about making you feel confortable. I highly recommend this place, I've been there for a short time and I already feel at home.

I decided to try out Kickhouse because I wanted a different type of workout. I used to love working out( in fact I enjoyed it so much, I was taking classes to be an instructor) until a mass shooting happened at the gym I belonged too. I avoided going to the gym or doing anything gym related for a long time. I stopped working out and gave up on something I really enjoyed doing.I needed to find somewhere I felt safe to work out again. I was so nervous walking into a new place and not knowing anyone. As soon as I walked into Kickhouse to try out my class I was greeted with smiles and welcomes. They took the time and showed me the gym and introduced me to several members. Every instructor there has taken the time to help me with my form and techniques. Its not just a gym its a big family. Each and every instructor at this gym is wonderful. They make you feel so very welcome. I actually feel like I am part of something instead of just belonging to a gym. I am getting back into my groove of feeling safe and being able to enjoy working out again. I look forward to each and evey class. The workouts can be so challenging but they also make sure we have fun and always make us laugh. I am noticing how much better I feel mentally and physically. I have recommended this place to most of my friends. Overcoming this challenge especially mentally has been a tough one. After experiencing a mass shooting in a gym, I really never thought I would say that I could enjoy working out again but now I can. Love my Kickhouse Family❤️

As a plus sized person, I often don’t feel I fit in at fitness places. This has absolutely not been the case with Kickhouse. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Khom helps me find moves that I’m able to do when I can’t do the ones that the rest of the group is doing. She never makes me feel bad for not being able to do a move, but she always helps me adjust so that I’m able to do my best. The classes are tough but I really enjoy it. I plan on attending for a long time.

I really enjoyed my class at Kickhouse. I was able to get my weight, BMI, and fat percentage at the beginning which was really nice. The workout was challenging and the instructor was very helpful throughout class. She assisted with proper form and ensuring I was doing the moves correctly!
