From the staff to the atmosphere to the workout, everything about KickHouse Pittsburgh is fantastic. I felt welcomed and motivated from the moment I entered for my first class. The instructors are extremely helpful and took the time to teach me correct form, new combos and also helped me modify things I wasn’t able to fully do. There was absolutely no judgement on skill level. Everyone encourages and motivates each other which is a great thing to find in any group fitness class. I highly recommend KickHouse Pittsburgh as your next workout. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll feel every muscle in your body!

The Kick Hiit class was intense! Khoma will keep you going:) I love how she kept telling us how many seconds we had left of a particular move-to help us not give up. She made me really want to try to do non-modified moves, at least a couple times! This was my first HIIT class.

I’ve had three classes at KickHouse so far and I’m excited for my next one! Khom is an amazing leader and trainer! She keeps the class moving at a fast pace but makes sure newcomers like me aren’t left behind. Each time I learn new kicks and punches and build on the ones that I have already learned. Each person has their own punching bag and designated space to work out. I can focus on building my skills from my personal starting point without fear of judgment.I’m not an athletic person and I’ve been to gyms that made me feel unwelcome. KickHouse is the opposite! I’m confident to walk in the doors knowing that I am welcomed as one of the class. There are multiple class offerings each week and it’s very easy to sign up for my classes through the app.I’m so excited to continue building my skills at KickHouse!! Jab, jab, cross, undercut, hook, front kick, roundhouse kick! 🥊👍

I have attended KickHouse for 3 weeks and my endurance and strength is increasing. I am also releasing my stress in a healthy way. The instructors really care about helping you learn the correct technique and form. They are also very personable. I always feel encouraged when I leave:)

Great studio! I attended my first Classic Kick class in July and I absolutely loved it. The staff, as well as the attendees were all very welcoming. The class was tough (which was what I hoped for) and the instructors made it a fun experience with different combinations, good music, and the overall teaching style was motivating. I plan to return for my second class very soon and would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a structured workout or stress reliever!

I was looking for a change up in my work out routine and came across kickboxing at KickHouse. It was the best decision of my life and that was 7 years ago!! The coaches are great and very knowledgeable in kickboxing and all the exercises. Classes are fun, up beat, and sweat drenched. No two classes are alike. Each day you’ll have a different class. The other members are like family and we support each other and also push each other to be better. The gym itself is always kept clean, the staff/coaches work very hard to keep the restrooms, mat, just overall the whole gym very clean! I highly recommend KickHouse to anyone and everyone that wants to try an amazing workout

There is no better gym in the Pittsburgh area than Kick House Pittsburgh. I have been a member here for over two years and I can honestly say that I love it. The business is well run, the coaches are amazing- personable, encouraging, supportive, and you get an incredible work out!
