This is by far the best OTF franchise. The coaches are superior and care about their classes. In January 2022 I started with OTF not having much cardio/fitness strength at all, fast forward a year and now I am running marathons and doing spartan races! OTF changed by life

Everyone asks this question when I say how much I enjoy Orangetheory. It’s the combination of the strength and HIIT cardio that I enjoy so much. I know I’m getting a good workout in because I see the heart rate, I see the calories burned, and I am also seeing results. It’s such a great atmosphere too. No competitiveness, everyone cheers each other on. It’s just an overall good feeling when you are there and even better when you leave.
