I love the South Hills Orangetheory! I originally became a member at the East End location and switched to South Hills when they opened last year. The staff is very friendly and the coaches (trainers) are AMAZING. I can't pick a favorite because they're all so great and attentive. I'm in the best shape of my life and 100% owe it to Orangetheory Fitness and their motivating coaches. I have been to multiple other locations (membership is valid at all locations throughout the country) and the South Hills is my favorite.

What’s not to love!!? The coaches are awesome; every single coach is kind and motivating in their own way. The classes are high intensity, but they are also designed so anyone at any fitness level can participate. I love the atmosphere and the friends I’ve made. I never liked working out in a group setting before, but this is a different kind of group setting. It’s still you against you. Also, when I can’t make it to a class, the workouts I do at home or at the gym are better than they used to be based on what I’ve learned and done at an orange theory class. My endurance and motivation has improved 100%. Thank you!! Love you guys!!!!
