Getting started with a free first class was so easy, and the staff and the instructors were extremely helpful, welcoming and relatable! I wasn't sure what to expect but the three stations keep the hour moving and it makes the class interesting and fun. They also play some great music/playlists that really help you get pumped up.

I love that you get a free first visit. The opportunity to try before you buy really shows that they care about your experience and goals and not just the money. The price for the memberships is definitely worth it. I love that I can see my performance at the end of the workout. :-) Would definitely recommend.

OTF South Hills has been such a positive influence in my life. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the coaches are truly the best of the best. They take the time to make corrections and provide positive feedback so that you feel like you are getting a personal session during a group workout. The physical improvements are great, but the mental ones are even better!
