Unfortunately the management at this particular gym is not for ALL OF US. I'll just say if you aren't for ALL OF US as a people then you need to find you another profession. That's all I'm going to say about that.

I’ve debated sharing a review, not because this gym isn’t fantastic (it is), but because I don’t want more people going at the same time as me 😂Equinox is a luxury gym experience which lives up to the hype. You are paying for unlimited classes, well maintained equipment, friendly staff, gorgeous locker rooms and Kheils products, nice pool, and best of all…. No crowds! Seriously… I go at noon when I can and I’m one of maybe 15 people at the gym. It’s amazing.Side note, the customer service is incredible. I noted that there was no swim / pool equipment available, and within days they had ordered kick boards, floats, and more to use for working out. So thankful for that. For me, paying more for a gym is something I am willing to justify for my mental and physical heath. Why wouldn’t you want to go someplace you are excited about each day?

Two months in so far so good. Gym is very clean and well maintained. It's never that busy which is one reason I joined. I really like the top floor outdoor workout area. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Phenomenal facility with a great staff. There are 4 levels (including the outdoor rooftop Playground) all of which are really well maintained. The gym is never overcrowded, so waiting on equipment isn't much of an issue even during peak hours. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs, plenty of barbells plus a couple trap / hex bars, powerlifting platforms, squat racks, smith machine, a variety of benches, 2-lane indoor pool that almost always has at least 1 lane open, several studios, tons of classes, really clean locker rooms with towel service, and more. Highly recommended.

Great facilities, super friendly staff, a plethora of classes, and no overcrowding issues, even at peak hours. Though expensive, you certainly get what you pay for, especially if you take full advantage of all this gym has to offer.

The gym is clean and very well equipped. What draws me to the gym is the ease of planning a workout and the wonderful trainers and staff. My experience with my trainer-Leslie has been fantastic. Leslie is well prepared for every session-all the workouts-sequence, reps etc are planned. At the same time she is most nimble at changing plans based on how I am feeling on a particular day. She is kind and compassionate, sharing her own lifting gloves whenever I have forgotten mine, helping me stretch and easing out shoulder knots, post workout.

Amazing experience signing up. Seamless and easy! Mikol went above and beyond by providing the best customer service.The gym is super clean with all the equipments up to date. The atmosphere is quite and the people working out are friendly. If you are looking for a gym that is luxurious with amazing amenities, this is the one. Look no further!
