My only complaint its about the schedule… they have to operate 24 Hours again…

author-img

They say they open at 5:00 AM during the week but this is only true occasionally.

Why is it called 24hr fitness if they aren’t open for 24 hours any day of the week??

Went in today for the first time in a long time. Justin at the front desk was so amazing and helpful taking me directly to the machines I wanted to work out on. It was a great experience and I’m motivated to go again tomorrow. Really good experience!

They are not open 24 hours anymore & yet they can’t clean the place during down times. They simply don’t care about their customers.

Dude, how come the business is called "24 hour fitness" but closes earlier than your competitors? closing at 9-10 p.m. is weak.

I’ve been coming to 24 hour fitness for nearly a decade without any issues.. tonight I expressed to the front desk that I was uncomfortable with someone in the gym walking around the weight area shirtless, flexing, recording himself, and doing push ups off of the racks of weights. It seemed especially inappropriate with all of the kids in the area. Front desk told us management doesn’t care or try and stop him. I won’t come back to this location seeing as I don’t feel comfortable in the weight area with “influencers” acting obnoxious like this.

My experience with 24 Hour Fitness has been disappointing. They failed to stick to their promise of removing annual fees as agreed upon even before I joined the gym. I got no response with I emailed the General manager Krista about it. It's been over two weeks, and I have received no response from her.Additionally, the front desk staff, Justin, was rude when I questioned the charges. He suggested I cancel my membership if it was a big deal. This highlights a lack of professionalism and integrity at 24 Hour Fitness, Plano. Be cautious and ensure they stick to their promises before joining.

I know that Staci is there but when I come and visit from California, Staci and I will join as guests in Rachael’s Zumba class. It was so great having her on the month before but I’m hopeful that we’ll see each other again someday taking place in Richardson 24 someday.

Called to cancel my membership because of my work schedule and the rep who I spoke with was probably the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Their website throttles when you go to cancel- they do that on purpose. When I explained it and how frustrated I was and basically told him you have the ability to cancel - he gave me an attitude and said “well I don’t HAVE to cancel your membership. But I will, YOU’RE WELCOME” Don’t go here, awful.
