Metroflex Gym - Plano

Interested in coming back…Curious though if I’ll be getting phone calls about my bill prior to it being due ? I would get 2-4 calls and it would distract from my daytime job

I had to recently cancel my membership for my own reasons, but I want to give this place a 5 star review with how simple it was to cancel. No complicated process that takes months to go through, no need to send some certified letter to their home office, just walked in, asked to cancel and that's it. With how hard it is to cancel memberships at other places i have to give credit where it's due. The gym is great, and has seen many improvements in the 2 years I've been here. Would recommend to anyone in the area

New management has taken this gym to a whole new level...one of my favorite places to train

Got a day pass while in the area visiting some friends. Preparing for a USPA meet so came here and got my deadlifts in. Ryan is running a great facility here. Felt welcomed and comfortable the whole time. Layout makes sense. A tad on the tight side space wise but they have everything you need if you’re prepping for a power lifting meet.

This gym is NOT for everyone, but it's definitely my type of gym. If you're a powerlifter this is the perfect gym. I love the atmosphere. People don't come in to look cute, they come to work! The music is blasting along with the clanging of the iron weights. I think I found a new home gym.

Metroflex Plano is the best gym hands down I have ever been privileged to be a part of. The owners and staff are second to none and treat you as if you are family. Metroflex Plano is where you get it done! I have found my tribe and gave gotten more value in the first month at Metroflex Plano than all my other years combined at other facilities. Not many people know I used to manage a women's fitness gym in Pensacola, FL and know what it takes to treat people well, keep things going, and give great advice. Kudos to a no frills, get it done, high quality facility. True Grit and All American. Love this place! ❤

This is the best gym I've ever been to. It has an underground feeling and hardcore vibe. You better like loud metal and heavy weights because otherwise you won't fit in here. Sure, the weights are old and the machines aren't brand new, but everything works and nothing squeaks. Fans keep you cool and the open air design keeps it covid-free. This gym has the gym culture that's been sucked out of every other chain gym and it looks like it'll stay this way. Once again, absolutely love this gym.

This is a wonderful gym, hardcore but still a gym that you could visit daily! Friendly and family atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, great location, and a huge variety of equipment to choose from. I definitely will visit again next time I'm in town!
