The Studio is good but beware of certain trainers. Deb was my trainer & she was rude & used bad language to condescend you. There will be many newcomers & she would target only certain people. Beware. This facility is otherwise good.

When visiting a friend/OTF regular, I joined him for a workout. The staff were helpful and attentive. This was my first time using a heart rate monitor and I learned a lot about something I’ve been curious about. I definitely recommend giving OTF a try!
