Have visited them a few times while traveling. Absolutely phenomenal facility. They have numerous options for every body part. Whether plate loaded or pin loaded and free weight. Some machines you won’t find anywhere else in south Florida. Owners are passionate about the service they provide and the atmosphere alone makes you want to visit every day possible. I’d drive an hour to train here full time if I lived in south Florida.

Didn't go to this gym due to the $25 a day fee to use their facilities. Their equipment looked nice, but couldn't justify the expense.

This gym has amazing equipment and very friendly staff the only downside is the music is too loud and the doors for yoga class is not a regular door that can be completely close so the loud music interrupt the class

Best gym in the area heads down.Friendly staff. Very clean. Plenty of hi-quality equipment.Best trainers too, especially Alex. He has taken us to the next level and helped us to not only get in better shape, but also to have a healthier lifestyle. Coming to train here is pure joy.

This gym goes beyond cleanliness and staff are always welcoming. Moved to Sunrise from Miami Lakes and was worried I wasn’t going to find a gym where I feel motivated. From my personal trainer Alex to the spinning instructor Nani I feel right at home.I was used to smaller gyms but Fitnesses System is far from small they have a vast selection of machines and equipment it’s a candy land for fitness trainers. Big thanks to my trainer Alex for motivating me in crush my workouts!

I had my doubts when my trainer Alex recommended that we move to and train at a commercial gym. Nevertheless, I joined this gym knowing he always has his clients’ best interests at heart and is as invested in our goals as we are. I am happy with my decision and pleased to be a member of a gym that makes me feel comfortable and safe while working out, that is always clean, and where both members and staff are welcoming and friendly. This gym also seems to cater to all of its members' needs, providing diverse equipment, group classes, experienced trainers, and separated areas for power lifting and posing. They are truly here to help you crush your goals.

This gym is amazing !!Very clean, very knowledgeable trainers. Mine is Alex. He goes over and above in every session we have keeping my work out challenging and motivating.
