The workouts are challenging, fun and constantly changing. I am a personal fan of the trainer-led rounds. And the trainers are always friendly and helpful!

The trainers are awesome! They are so friendly but they also challenge you to the next step in your fitness journey! The gym is welcoming and clean. I like how each day is different exercises with the different rounds. Definitely join!

I LOVE 9Round. The trainers are kind, so knowledgeable, and happy to make modifications for me when I need it. They motivate me to get my best workout in 💪🏼In the few months I’ve been going I’ve gained a lot of muscle and have gained energy and improved my mental health. Super happy 😊

Must attend workout after work since Golden Valley is only location in any proximity to where I am . The gym closer to me closed! Wth!Golden Valley location:Trainer Shannon is a great trainer! Always motivating, always supportive, always ready& willing to coach & always considerate to individual needs& sensitivities.I appreciate his assistance. Luckily, hes usually working when I can make it in!Now that I've been attending this gym for a few consecutive months, I must add that all the trainers are very friendly& attentive.I'm truly enjoying working out with this group of trainers.I'm looking forward to more 9Rounds opening in metro again. Especially in my home area again.Previously: Got off work early & tried to work out before heading out of town only to find gym closed! 1-3pm weekdays.What a Drag!Couldnt work out! I had at least 2-3 hours to wait!?Couldnt drive all way back to workout due to being on opposite ends of metro!?Very disappointing!!!!

Great all around workout and time flexibility. Trainers are well educated and motivating and great at helping with accountability if that’s something you desire. Overall very welcoming and a fun experience!

I love how 9Round makes me feel!!The circuit style is exactly what I needed to feel successful. The trainers are talented, enthusiastic and encouraging. The layout and music make it feel semi-private which I also really appreciate.

I love 9Round in Golden Valley. I joined about a month ago and feel great! The trainers are fantastic, they are supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging and motivating. I am always a bit self conscience about working out but there are people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. The support you get is to notch!
