Just joined yesterday and the employee Joni was racist toward me because my app wasn't working and she assumed I didn't have a membership. After 30 min of going back and forth she found my acct by my phone number. I am going to be cancelling and switching gyms, I rather pay more money and be respected. 0/5 don't go to this location.

Pullies and wheels need replacing. Duct tape on pots of equipment. This location is super neglected. Small compared to other locations as well.

I live in Portland, OR and I am down here in Minnesota for my sister's wedding. I have the week to myself along with the black membership. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. The facility was clean and upgraded (compared to Murrayhill, Beaverton). Rich, the trainer, was fantastic and gave me a personal core session. I was very impressed by his passion and experience. Used to lime this club. Moved to a jew location and trying to change clubs or cancel a membership through planet fitness "policy" is illegal. Definitely every single gym is a scam. Management is in the wrong position. She should not be helping customers but taking trash out somewhere.
