Simply put this is the best 30 minute workout you will ever find. The owner and training team are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I believe anyone regardless of circumstance can find 30 minutes at least twice a week to improve your fitness level and overall health. I strongly encourage anyone to try it regardless of fitness level. The environment is welcoming and not intimidating in the least. Try it!!! You'll love it!

Oh, I love this workout! I consider it a HIIT work out, you really get to sweat it out. You are in and out and done in less than 40 minutes. Super convenient and Fun.

I truly enjoy the 9 round experience. Tess and her staff of trainers push you to excel but do a great job of modifying workouts to accommodate our varying needs and capabilities.

Can't recommend 9Round highly enough! A martial arts based workout is orders of magnitude better than a typical workout . It is functional training and cardio that is fun and challenging.Anna, Jamie, and Amy are fantastic trainers and will make you get your sweat on!Not worrying about class times is wonderful. You will not regret joining!

I canceled my membership at 2 months but I got charged for 3 months because my payment date fell on the "30day" policy so I ended paying for 3 months. The owner did not consider the fact that I was charged unfairly twice in the month of May and did not reverse the last charge.I am not able to go in this month because I moved for my job.Otherwise a good place to work out wish the owner would have been more consderate.

Get a fantastic workout. No set times. Show up and start when you want. Always a trainer available. I highly recommend Eden Prairie 9Round kickboxing fitness. Cardio, strength, core and boxing.

Been a longstanding member of this 9Round. Can't beat the flexibility of the workout times, the intensity of the workouts you get, the amazing trainers, and the community you experience as you get to know the folks you work out with regularly! Love this place!

I have been to several other 9Round locations in MN and I have had by far the best experience at this Eden Prairie location. The trainers are very engaging and I felt extremely comfortable with each of them right away. I love the workouts and judgement free environment. I plan to continue my membership for as long as I am able!

I recently got back into 9rounds and getting to know Tess and all the trainers has been great. You can tell Tess takes running her business very seriously and honestly I learn every time I come work out. As someone who hasn’t been naturally athletic this gym and it’s trainers make me feel strong and motivated. Cost is not cheap but you definitely get a lot for what you are paying. I highly recommend joining if you are on the fence!

Be careful if you sign up for a membership here. I cancelled mine and they didn’t ever actually cancel it. Kept trying to charge my card even after confirming they’d cancelled the membership. Finally they sent it to a collections agency. I was able to prove I’d cancelled the membership, but watch out.
