Signing up for a membership is very easy and the gym is fine. Cancelling the membership though feels like a scam to keep billing you forever.I had completed my original two year commitment but was not using the gym any longer so I wanted to cancel my membership. There is no option to cancel on the website, they want you to contact the location. When the location was contacted they asked me to come in personally even with current health protocols in place. I declined and asked to cancel via email. I was sent a form that I was told was for requesting cancellation that I had to fill out and send back. The form was written in language to pause the account rather than cancel. I updated the form to make it clear that I wanted it to be cancelled and sent back to the manager I'd been working with. A month after submitting the cancellation form my account was still billed despite being told it would not be. I blocked further payments from Anytime. It's another month after that unexpected payment. I have now received a notice from a billing agency that they were unable to process my payment today. That's two billing grabs after cancelling. Very unprofessional and scam like cancellation practices.

I have the Active and Fit program through USAA. The young lady who was working there is super friendly and sweet. I didn't have to pay for the access FOB and she gave me a little tour. This location is clean and surprisingly large! Nice place! Friendly staff & clean! Check it out!

lovely facility. plenty of equipment and free weights. amazing studio space and plenty of restrooms with showers like all anytime locations. the added benefits here was on site physical therapy(I didn't utilize) as well as in touch body composition readings(also didn't use might be an additional cost I'm not sure. the only reason this isn't 5 stars is the hamstring curl station was down and the restroom didn't have paper towels to dry your hands but I man this place was truly amazing with trx bands, heavy bag and ladder pull up bars. it was logistically laid out to encourage social distancing although there weren't many people so it was easy to be distanced anyway. there were also ample sanitizing spray bottles with rags throughout the facility. they did have posted signs to wear your mask the whole time which everyone did. I was there during unstaffed hours not sure if they enforce that rule but it doesn't matter just wear the mask. (even if it's an elevation mask that restricts airflow to enhance your workouts) obviously I'm be back while I'm still in town.been coming for a few weeks and everything has been fixed. fully stocked restrooms, all machines are working properly. increased sanitation stations. I'm gonna miss it here. great job to the team.
