Once you sign up, they make it almost impossible to cancel your membership. I tried to cancel during the 2020 lockdowns, and I had to physically go in to my “main” gym to cancel although most were closed and they never clarified which gym was my “main” one. I signed up through the Uptown one, tried to cancel there and was told to email this one, and I received a response saying to set up a time to come in and cancel in the height of lockdowns. I swallowed my pride and paid for the few months I never visited. I stuck it out til fall of 2021 when my payment method changed involuntarily and I was only notified through 2 emails (out of several junk emails they continually sent me) that they weren’t receiving my new payments. I never received a call or piece of mail notifying me about this until I got a bill from a debt collector. The staff member I talked to about this did not seem to care one bit about the situation and was very standoffish when I asked why I only received a couple emails and no mail or phone call. Do not waste your money here.

Stefanie is absolutely amazing at making people feel comfortable working out. Starting there, I was terrified and she really took the time to make sure I was okay and worked with me on getting out of my shell. Smiles aka Cody is great when he visits as well which is always a joy. If you are questioning joining a gym, join this one because the people are amazing. Plus the equipment is nice but the environment is top tier

I wish I had better things to say. I cancelled my membership in February, it was not taken care of, I received phone calls in July from a debt collection service, and now my credit is negatively affected due to employees not doing their job.

Such a great experience at the Minnetonka location! The workers are always supportive, and it’s such a safe/positive workout environment no matter what physical level or goals you are trying to achieve.

The staff and ownership here clearly don’t care about the pandemic or the spread of COVID. This gym is hardly ever staffed and therefore its members barely ever wear masks or wipe their own equipment. If you care at all about your health I’d suggest going during non peak times or finding a new location.

I've been going to this gym since February and have had an overall great experience! I think earlier on, the holidays and COVID created challenges for the facility, as it did for many other businesses and all people during the time. However, quickly after, they did an exceptional job getting things back up and running efficiently and have made all possible changes to make the gym welcoming and safe for all members. I personally have had the best time chatting with the manager and staff there; they make the facility inclusive and fun, and they are always offering assistance whenever and wherever they can. It is a highlight of my day going to this location, and has made the drive to get my workout in that much stronger. I would highly recommend this Anytime Gym to anyone currently looking for a membership!
