Positive, knowledgeable trainers keep just the right balance of motivation and challenge. I love that all workouts can be modified to any level, and each day is something totally different. I really appreciate that not all classes are co-ed, so I can focus on myself and not feel so competitive.

I’m loving Burn so far! These workouts challenge me, the trainers know me, my goals and push me to challenge myself, the group atmosphere is so supportive and the flexibility of not being locked into a specific time is fantastic. I can’t rave about this experience enough.
