This gym is the cream of the crop for group workouts. The workouts are effective and accessible for all fitness levels. The coaches are vigilant about safety. The culture is unrivaled for being encouraging of one another.Opportunities to participate in competitions and events are always in the calendar. There are also opportunities to work on nutrition and other aspects of one's health.I can't recommend CrossFit Eden Prairie and its sister gym, CrossFit Prior Lake enough.

I love working out here. I've stuck with this gym longer than any other and have no plans to leave. The community is so welcoming and kind, while pushing you to be the best you can be. Curt and Anna (the owners) have created a great gym environment. All the coaches are so informative and helpful. The gym motto is "Work Hard. Be Nice" and it could not be more accurate. I would highly recommend joining this gym if you are new to CrossFit or if you've been doing it for years.
