Super fun place to have a bd party. Coaches ran our kids through several routines and they all had so much fun. However, coach Nat should NOT work with kids. She seemed irritated and flustered with the kiddos. She manhandled my kid from the get go and without even asking. After I asked her not to, she proceeded to yell at him throughout the party. My kid is not a hellion at all.The other two coaches were awesome, super gentle but assertive when they needed to guide our kids (toddlers)

I love this place! The adult classes bring me back to my youth and make me wish I had never given up gymnastics in the first place. The staff is great - a lot of fun and very encouraging. They are passionate and knowledgeable and skilled in teaching. (Julio and Colleen, you guys are the best!) The community is friendly and inclusive with a wide range of skill sets and fitness levels and from all walks of life. ***Update we did my six year old daughter's bday at Kenwood in January 2015 and it went great! They do bday parties when classes are not scheduled on the weekends, so our group had the entire gym to ourselves. The coaches (Colleen and Mark) did a great job at providing skill/age-appropriate instructions, encouraging safe use of equipment, and keeping the party moving and fun! They set up an obstacle course for the kids and had them try tricks/skills on various pieces of equipment. It was affordable and the best-managed party we have experienced - highly recommend over other venues for this age group.

I started going to the adult class a couple years ago with no prior gymnastics experience. It really is a very welcoming community and I can't say enough on what an awesome experience it has been learning flips and hanging out with some great people.

I mostly love the laid back attitude toward healthy development and not pushy with regard to competition. Safety is also a high priority. Long term stable staffing is a good indication of management style.

Big disappointment. The staff at the center are very unwelcoming and unfriendly (especially if you are a person/family of color). It's not an environment I would want to be in ever again (uncomfortable to say the least). I wouldn't recommend investing one's time or money. Not worth the treatment and stares.
