What a dirty place!! Trash is always overflowing and the cleaning staff runs in to you while youre busy working out. The management staff has no professional etiquette when communicating with members, Rude and disrespectful. Do not waste your time and good vibes in this nasty gym. The staff at the front desk you can see receives no training, they sit feet up on the desk eating while members check in and trying to get service. This is the worst LA i have ever been to! Its nasty!! The vibe feels worse than planet fitness. LA HOPKINS is a dump in my opinion.

Tried to use the free 3 day pass, said that I didn’t read the fine print and I have to sign up a membership to use it. Just go to Crunch fitness if you’re out of state or in general.

This gym is pretty good. Solid range and quality of equipment and free weights. Nice turf area too. Biggest issue is how consistently bad people are with leaving plates on machines. It’s a pain trying to guess whether someone left plates on a machine or if they’re between sets and walking around. Staff are also very hit and miss, aside from those two things it’s fine.

As others of said, full of employees that hate their job. Have not received my health reimbursement through the gym for 6 months either because they gave me the wrong instructions, or failed to give me the correct instructions in the first place. Finally, I went to SLP LA Fitness and miraculously an employee knew how to do their job and instantly provided me with a piece of paper and gave me the proper barcode (supposedly). We are still waiting. La-tee-da...As for the tiny, creaky sauna (that wasn't heated up for business hours at open BTW, had to heat it up myself and wait an hour for it to come to temp. Obviously something the employees can simply solve by heating it up when they get to work in the morning)., lack of consistent cleaning, unkept and yellow-stained jacuzzi. Zero culture or fostering of happiness here, not sure if a suburban disease in general or an isolated cringecident.

Honestly one of the best gyms TC has to offer from equipment selection to quality of staff and members. Left my former gym because I felt more welcome here and have seen a drastic improvement in my overall health and endurance based on healthy advice from trainers and experienced members. Even on a busy day you'll find open equipment.

It's a busy and fast paced club; I've seen many people sitting on machines and doing their own thing, texting, texting, doing anything but using the machine but that keeps you motivated to keep working at the gym and to not be like them.

This gym's locker room had a strong feces-like odor the last time I visited. Also, there have been reports of the manager displaying racist behavior. If you're skeptical, I encourage you to check the reviews. They're also purchasing fake 5 stars google reviews without any comments in an attempt to offset the negative 1-star ratings they have received from previous clients. Feel free to verify this information on your own. Personally, I recently left that gym and have been thoroughly enjoying my time at Lifetime.0/5.

They should rename this particular location (Hopkins, MN) "Scheduled for Service" Fitness. Several machines are broken with signs saying they are to be repaired at some point. They never are.Find a gym where they actually fix their equipment.

Good equipment, but the trash was overflowing, EVERY paper towel dispenser was empty, seemed under staffed or the staff was lazy, idk.
