I like that the New Hope club has an indoor waling track. The machines and weight areas weren't too busy.

I came in on a late Friday night to try out Life Time. Anna was phenomenal and extremely welcoming! Beautiful facility and well maintained. I signed up the following week!

Love the staff at this gym! They're always so nice and happy. I usually go to this gym early mornings and it's not too crowded. Xtreme, HIIT, and Shred are all great group fitness classes! Steam room is not as good as Plymouth's but that's okay. Great location as well!

Lifetime New Hope is a Gem. They have everything including Alpha, Polaties, yoga, ultra fit, Gtx and several group fitness classes. They have a great pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. The club is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I've been a part of several local gyms, and this is by far my favorite. Everyone is friendly, you feel like you belong to a community, the staff are fast to learn your name, the classes are wonderful, and the environment feels judgement free. It's always sparkling clean, and people socially distance well enabling me to have felt safe coming here during the pandemic.

This is by far the best LifeTime I’ve ever been to. The staff and employees greet you In and out of the door, make small talk and talk to each other. A good gym is one you can walk into and just tell right away by the staff members.There’s always someone cleaning the locker room, vacuuming the floor, or refilling paper towels. The gym smells GREAT and is always clean!!! This Lifetime is the only one that has the most equipment for mobility, CrossFit, or just strength training.

This gym is connected to a strip mall. They do have a small track If you rather run than do treadmill. The TVs are close to the workout machines. They also have a swimming pool. They have another area that I didn't know about.

Smaller location from a few of the others around but I like it because I hate going to super busy gyms. This lifetime is pretty quiet and very clean. I recommend this gym/ location 100%. I just wish they would have air conditioning (that’s colder anyway) or a fan. They also don’t play music so make sure you bring headphones.

Small but very complete fitness club. They have a running track, pool, child center, fitness rooms plus clean and well appointed locker rooms. While on vacation, I come here as a guest several days a year. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They have a very dedicated group of members as I see the same faces every time I visit. The faithful line up at 5am by the door waiting for the club to open the door. The trainers all seem like a professional group...
