Went on opening night. Very clean, spacious gym with new equipment. Employees were nice and helpful. So worth the $20/mo for all the amenities and equipment

Really want to give 5 star rating but feel like they don’t bother if we are Deaf customers or not because we were not sure about SPA, hypromessage for black card since one of us has black card but it’s ok. Definitely we will come back every weekend!

Lots of equipment and very clean. Staff is great but they don't open on time. Every time they're supposed to open at 5 am, I've waited in the parking lot at 510 and nobody is there. Just about EVERY time and it's so frustrating. They need to be open when they say they're open.

The staff is friendly and helpful and there's alot of machines to choose. Also they have good drinks to help cool you down. If ur a black card member u have a hydro massager and sun tanning available

New location so all equip is new. I usually judge PF locations by the number of Hammer Strength stations (best) vs Planet Fitness brand stations (worst). This location has Zero Hammer Strength resistance training stations and instead substituted several of the cheaper PF brand machines which helps their bottom line but gives a lesser quality workout experience. Front desk was rude when I couldnt figure out the aqua massage. The screen on the machine says to see the front desk. Well I traipsed back to the desk where the guy ignored me for 10 minutes while he chatted on the phone. Turns out their is a button on the wall. Maybe the desk will get better over time.

Brand new state of the art facility. This is the best planet fitness in the twin cities.

I absolutely love Planet Fitness, my only complaint is that in the tanning rooms there is barely any room to set your stuff. There is just the top of the paper towel dispenser and this tiny stool. There's not even a hook on the doors. Also no mirrors. Just a suggestion!Edit: there are hooks I just didn't see them lol

Just moved from out of state, my preferred new home gym. 24/7, ample space and equipment , courteous staff and clean. Been to many PF across the country and this one is high quality.

The black card is worth every penny. Great equipment , spacious and great staff. This is the place to be if you want to get in shape. I don't see how other gyms, at least in Maple Grove, can compete with the price, atmosphere and equipment.

I’ve been to plenty of locations and I think most PF users know depending on the location, the equipment, atmosphere, etc will be drastically different.This location has a different layout than other locations and I really like it. Other locations feel more boxed, this location has everything spaced out and spread out nicely and it flows nicely together. I also love the updated equipment. The fans on some of the machines is awesome and I love that some of the weight machines count your reps for you!Everyone was really nice and it was very clean. The showers were spotless as well. Great experience and can’t wait to be back.
