It's clean, and the best part of planet fitness is I don't have to struggle with huge crowds. I do wish I had squat racks though.

Accidentally left my phone at the gym, called in from work and Fernando answered with "that's your responsibility" and hung up. I was just calling to see if they had seen my phone or can keep an eye out for it while I drive back there from work (30mins). 1-star for Fernando, 4 star for the club.

Requiring people to either submit a letter or walk in during a pandemic if they want to cancel is a gross practice. "It was in your membership agreement" is what they will tell you, but for most people, they didn't sign up when it was dangerous to be around people. Their mailing process is also a nightmare.It's clearly a tactic to try and milk more money out of people by making it inconvenient to cancel your membership. During normal years? Sure. Every gun does that. During a pandemic? Gross.

Was in yesterday afternoon. People standing around by the front desk talking with no masks on. These weren’t employees but there were no employees around to say anything. 3 TVs had Fox News on and when I asked if they could turn one on to CNN they just turned off all the TVs with news on. Not sure what this was all about but I questioned how long I’ll keep my membership

Best pf I've been to in the cities. The lighting is great, the machines are in excellent condition, and the clientele are into the whole scene. Worth the drive from DT mpls.

Finally got ahold of someone to try to cancel my membership, after they automatically unfroze my account (that bit of info was conveniently buried in the 18th paragraph of an email) to let me know that even though they took my money in under 2 minutes on their website, I have to carve out an hour of my day to drive to the local gym and close my account in person, OR drive to the post office to send a letter using certified mail. What a joke.

The management is a joke here! All the way up! I called and asked about cancelling my membership and they told me to come in anytime before my next billing cycle and I did. Well, they are still charging me for the next month! And 4 days later they are closing due to covid! They did this to me the first time, when they charged me a month then closed due to covid. Never got my money back, had to pay the annual membership fee, and they closed for 5 months. Now I cancel and they close and they STILL KEEP MY MONEY! Unfortunately due to covid I cannot afford it any longer, I am a single mother of 3 teenage sons. This month I had to choose between the gym or my electric bill. Well my electric bill isn't paid because planet fitness just had to have that $50!!! I have called talked to manager, e-mailed a couple times trying to talk to district supervisor or ANYONE, but I am being ignored. I am extremely upset by how they are treating me and my kids on this issue at this time! I guess $50 is more important to them then my kids having electricity. Real nice!

I love this place! Lots of workout equipment. The crowd that comes in isn’t annoying. The employees are all very kind and helpful. The hydro massage chairs freekin rock. Black card is definitely worth it

The girl who works in the weekday mornings is always talking on her phone with air pods when I come in. Once I was in the locker room after a workout and tried to utilize the mirror and she was sitting on the counter taking the stickers off, talking on her phone, I was obviously trying to use the mirror and said “excuse me” and she ignored me and continued sitting on the counter talking. Anytime I said goodbye she would barely look up. Never smiled. Poor girl. Canceled my membership, the staff has poor customer service.
