I have enrolled for membership and canceled before the deadline and still, there is an amount charged on my account and even I cannot use that account back in another state. I simply paid $41 bucks per annual membership and if I want to use need to signup as a new member and pay all the extra charges. It was the worst service I ever had and never going to use the planet fitness. I don't recommend this location at all. If possible please avoid and you don't get any help if needed.

Katie is rude and unprofessional. Definitely will be cancelling my membership along with 4 of my friends because of how she conducts herself when people workout together.I’ve been to plenty of other planet fitness’ and never had an issue with working out with others.

I transferred to this planet fitness due to moving. The black card member area is a lot nicer than my previous one but the “employees wipe down the beds” for tanning and they do not put spray bottles in the rooms. Multiple times I have tanned the beds were still dirty. There are so many kinds of bacteria and skin conditions that you can develop from unclean tanning beds. This small change would be huge for the health of your customers. Please make this small change and allow customers to wipe down the beds themselves so they know it’s clean. A double clean is better than no clean.

Nice gym, pretty clean. However, the staff are absolutely horrible. I stopped in to cancel my membership, and the two staff at the desk ignored me for about ten minutes while they finished up their conversation. When one guy finally came over to assist me, he was very rude and unprofessional. I signed the paperwork to cancel my membership and the guy told me I was all set.The next month I noticed I was still getting charged. Went in again to receive the same treatment and signed the papers again. Finally the third month after I canceled I called the gym to see why I have canceled twice but continued to get charged. The team member gave me an email address for the “higher up’s” to decide if I should get my money back or not. It took a day or so for the “higher ups “ to get back to me, and they declined my refund because they didn’t have any paper work on file even though I signed twice!!! They also told me that I never checked into the gym for a few months....obviously I didn’t since I thought my membership was Canceled TWICE!! Some of their team members are useless when it comes to customer service or CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION! Would not recommend this gym to anyone for the simple reason that they don’t care about their members!

The gym itself is clean, great equipment, and has great staff. However, the bathrooms and water fountains could be much cleaner. Generally speaking the men's bathroom is gross. People need to learn how to sadly go #2 in a public space without getting #2 everywhere including the walls and floor. Lastly, I would add some air fresheners in the bathrooms.

I saw about two people wear a mask in the entire gym. Made me feel very unsafe. Especially when you work out you are breathing heavily. I promptly canceled my membership.

Former member of several crossfit gyms, lifetime etc. and I think this place does an amazing job. Very clean, staff is even more friendly than any other places I've seen, and the benefits/perks and variety is great. Love it.

Planet Fitness has more equipment than I anticipated including TRX straps, medicine balls, bands and rubber cords as well as a variety of machines and weight stations. Club is very clean, locker rooms are well designed and comfortable and staff is very friendly. A bargain for your dollars.

Very clean gym, equipment is readily available and people are good about cleaning after themselves. This gym may not be the best fit for people looking to do competitive bodybuilding but it is more than suitable for 80 percent of people just looking to stay fit. Dumbells go up to 70 pounds so theres more than enough weight to meet your weightlifting needs. If you feel that 70 isnt enough then I'd like to invite you to "get real".

Terrible customer services. Pockets were checked and was quoted the state laws for tanning when inquiring to tan. They were not friendly about it and made a scene. At other locations, when I had forgotten eyewear I was offered some, not treated like a criminal. I decided to just leave since it was taking forever for the front desk staff to check someone out. In my opinion, when you pay to use facilities you should be treated like a customer, happy that I am there. I was treated like a criminal, I will not visit this location again. Thanks for making my visit uncomfortable, I will be sure to spread the word.
