I've been working out at Sota Fitness for a little of a year and I love it! I primarily work with Ben during my personal training sessions and he makes the workouts fun and engaging all the while challenging me to my limits. I can honestly say Sota Fitness is A) the only gym I have consistently attended.... ever and B) the only place that can get me to do burpees before 7AM on Wednesdays :) Do yourself a favor and check them out! You won't regret it

My wife and I have trained at Sota for years now, doing classes and personal training. Our trainer, Ben, has been great to work with! He keeps us motivated, checks in with how we’re feeling, wants our opinion on how workouts are going and is always prepared with different workouts. I would highly recommend trying Sota and reaching out to Ben if you’re interested in personal training!

SOTA is more than a gym, it is a community of incredible trainers that motivate you and encourage you to do your best. Not only are the classes fun but the personal training sessions are incredible way to achieve your fitness goals. Everyone is phenomenal but I absolutely love my training sessions with Ben and Elliot!

I truly cannot say enough great things about SOTA Fitness. They have been there for me when I struggled to stay consistent in the gym. The coaches send check-in messages to help aid in the consistency of their members. I need that! The workouts are different each day and they are always so challenging! I leave feeling accomplished and in a great mood. SOTA is an incredible gym with a community like no other. Everyone needs to check it out!

I'm in town for a month and decided to try Sota Fitness and have loved my experience thus far. Right when I reached out Phil was quick to respond-- even taking the time to reach out on 4th of July to let me know he got my inquiry. He handled my consultation and got me set up right when I arrived. I have been able to try out a few different trainers and can say everyone has been great so far, but Rachel fits my personal style the best. Rob led a really fun class, and Ben was great as well. If you get intimidated in gym settings, try this gym-- everyone is so nice and friendly and you get immediately greeted upon walking in so you don't feel out of place. If I lived here I would come here regularly and make it my home gym. Its a great experience and the customer service is on point.

I love the group classes at SOTA. It’s so nice to have a solid workout planned for you when you show up and a group of people to work out with. I appreciate the combo of lifting and cardio and the different things instructors would incorporate to keep the workouts fresh. Best gym I’ve ever joined.

SOTA Fitness is a perfect fit for my busy life. I like the 40 min express group classes - they are jam packed from start to finish. I'm working out more consistently than I have in a long time. Two months in, I'm already seeing definition and am stronger! It is a supportive environment for all ages and body types. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a fitness destination this is the ONE! I came to SOTA to focus on strength training over the winter months last year. As an avid endurance athlete I don't really enjoy lifting but SOTA and their trainers have completely changed the game for me. They have set the tone for a very positive atmosphere and everyone is encouraging and works together as a team. No matter what place you are at in your fitness journey there's something here for you. The trainers are highly professional, make the workouts fun and entertaining, and get to know each member personally. I've achieved my desired results and their 1:1 nutritional meetings and check-ins really help you accomplish what you're looking to do on your wellness journey. When I asked to adjust my membership for the summer months while I'm spending all my free time outdoors, Phil the owner went above and beyond to accommodate my request. This speaks to the integrity on how SOTA operates. I highly recommend SOTA fitness with confidence!

They want you to succeed. No matter your current abilities, they will help you feel capable and successful! They took an out-of-shape 57 year old, and helped me feel that my fitness goals are doable! And after surgery, they amended exercises to meet my abilities. Great training team there!
