The Gym Mpls is a terrific gem of a gym owned by trainer Joel Eshelman. My 12 year old son and I have been training with Joel for 8 months and have loved it. We join the group session (where each person gets an individual workout plan) once a week and then train on our own the rest of the week. The gym has all the equipment and none of the attitude that I've seen at other, bigger, gyms. Highly recommend this place.

A great gym, with even better people! I have been going to The Gym MPLS for over a year now and I am extremely impressed with the variety of the exercises and how welcoming the staff and members are. This is a gym for anyone at any fitness level. Not only will you feel great right after a work out, but you will have more energy for the rest of the day. If you are looking for results, you should check this place out. With the free trial, you have nothing to lose with no commitment! Workout on your own time or attend a bootcamp, I promise there is something for everyone.

If you're looking for an affordable gym that doesn't require you to sign an annual contract, take a look at The Gym Mpls. Ownership is very laid back, generous, committed to making improvements and has members best interest in mind. There is a wide variety of free-weight equipment, plenty of barbells and squat racks and enough machines to cater to those looking for safer exercise options.
