Great athletic club with so many activities, an incredible pickleball program, and wonderful staff. Family plan includes child care. It's definitely worth the investment in your mental and physical health.

Nice but some employees need customer service training. Swim team is okay but if parents are not club member, they cannot go in to watch their kid(s) swim. This needs to change or allow parents with kids under the age of 13 to go watch the kids and help prepare the kids for their lesson. Overall, much improvement is needed. Protecting the kids should be the number one priority.

Coach Willow is an excellent swim coach and had my 4 year old daughter swimming in less than 2 weeks. She is great with kids, and so was another young male coach who was helping a special needs boy. These coaches are well trained and Claremont Club did a great job hiring them.

Completely incompetent staff. Especially the staff in charge of phone calls. Hypocrite people. When you call them to get info, they say one thing on the phone. But, when you come to the place they do completely the opposite. Do not waste your time guys. They give you a tour for an hour to let you use their gym and swimming pool for 1 day, but then they end up offering you the whole membership. If you don’t buy it, they will not let you use their gym and swimming pool. Dillon and Ronnie are not even aware of their duties and facility.

I love the Aquatics Program here. All the coaches are amazing. Specifically Liz ( Elizabeth) who runs the program is very friendly and cooperative and makes sure that your child gets the best.

Reading some of the negative reviews , I wanted to write a review about our experience. Is the Club more expensive ? Yes, but the quality of services, variety of classes and programs make it so worthwhile. Our family have been members at the Claremont Club since 1987. Our sons were 1 and 2 years old at the time . We were looking for quality child care so we could enjoy the club and know our kids were safe and having fun. They loved to go to play with friends they met over the years, they took swim classes and camps in in the summer .My husband plays Squash and now he and our son have become regular pickleball players finding it to be a friendly and welcoming group.I have been a regular during all this time enjoying indoor cycling, weights, yoga , and group Pilates. I find the instructors to be very knowledgeable, motivating and encouraging for every level of member. The Claremont Club has always had high standards for cleanliness especially in the showers sauna, pool, and hot tubs which is important to me.We were VERY happy to see the Club reopen after the Covid shutdown . The new owners have continued to provide all the previous classes and excellent services . They send out a weekly newsletter to keep members up to date with new fun activities for kids and adults alike. The members well being is their priorityOver the years, the Claremont Club has become an extension of our home. We have developed friendships here and by staying active , have significantly improved our quality of life over the years. This is a wonderful club and I highly recommend it .Barbara Andryjowicz

Love this club! The pool is enormous with a beautiful view of the mountains from the pool deck. The sauna/steam room/hot tub in the locker room is awesome and there's a huge array of fun workout classes every day to choose from. Loved the Pound class, definitely something fun and different! Nice facilities and warm, friendly staff.
