This gym has the most incompetent staff...I had canceled my membership 6 months ago and the still are trying to hit my bank for payment.i have worked out at planetfitnesses across the country and nd never had a problem, I still work out at planet fitness in st.pete florida.,it's awesome 👌. I have never had such a bad experience with a staff before.very disappointing to say the least...stay away from this place

I just joined and I love it so far, the best thing that I like is the water massage bed it relaxes me after I work out.I stop going because of health issues but went back yesterday and they have all new equipment very nice it's great 👍. …

Scammers definitely. Nice facility’s but definitely scammers. I rather pay for LA Fitness. Oh and Ruth the “ manager “ she’s horrible and down with the scams too.

Staff is friendly, its super clean, never crowded. Its great

I have been a member of Youfit & Crunch and I have gotten a different vibe in the 2 1/2 weeks I’ve been a member of PF. There is plenty of equipment, I have not had to “wait” on a machine or weights. The Staff is friendly especially the young lady that signed me up, she was informative and helpful.

Recently joined Powerline Road PF. Clean facility, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Two concerns,1. Number of members that sit on equipment taking up space texting. Some hide on equipment to text, one day last week 4 out of 5 weight benches were occupied by 4 guys texting for over 20 minutes. One guy on leg lift equipment layed back watching TV and fell asleep.2. Lunk head members who sweat all over machines and walk away to next machine. Never spray or clean cardio or work out machines. After 2 weeks of membership the same 4 or 5 come in and leave their mess for the member to wipe down.Put in place staff that police bad members fine them or cancel their membership.I will not move up to black card member as planned until changes take place. Concerned about sanitary conditions in back room area.

The usage of the Crowd Meter on the app is great because I can always see when the gym is busy or not. Very clean. They also have sanitizer and paper towels to wipe down machines in almost every section of the gym

I had a bad experience with a staff member. Even tho she apologized the damage was already done. She threatened to cancel my membership. Without properly looking at the situation. She lied and said she spoke to me several times about updating my checking account that was on file. I was treated really bad .. the only reason why I visit planet Fitness is because they're 24 hours and have clubs all over . I'm now looking for a another gym. Don't know her name she's African-American with a low hair cut.

I have had the Black Membership for several years. Because I travel a lot, I’ve experienced many Planet Fitness locations across different cities and States. I’m especially partial to this location for the layout of the gym. I really appreciate the location of the hydro massage/tanning area. It’s completely closed away from the rest of the gym which allows me to feel very relaxed when I use the massage area without all of the noise from the gym. If you enjoy tanning, you may be disappointed with the beds and stand ups because they seem very outdated compared to other Planet Fitness facilities that I’ve been to. However, their cardio equipment is fantastic and the womens locker room is always clean and you don’t have to bring your own lock for the lockers!

Seems a bit small, but includes really all I need and I love how it feels like a little break from the outside world where I can just run and live in the present moment without worry. And that's all I really need so five stars.Edit: I do wish the bottled water fountain dispensed colder water but at least it works at all
