Staff are extremely nice and respectful. Would definitely recommend. If I knew everyone by name I would definitely thank them separately. Planet Fitness Pompano team, you all ROCK!

Overall, it’s a nice gym. I was going to it for over a year. I even kept my membership through the pandemic, even though I didn’t go to the gym then.The reason I canceled my membership, and I’m leaving it a 1 star is because today, their assistant manager asked me not to talk on the phone even though I had headphones on, there was no one around me, and no one had complained.I understand that talking on the phone can be distracting or disruptive to other members, or dangerous if the person is distracted, but there was no one around me, and I wasn’t on ANY equipment.They told me that they had a “blanket policy” that no one is allowed to talk on the phone at the gym.Even if you’re by yourself, with no one around, which I thought was really silly.If you’re never going to talk on the phone, this is a good gym. Otherwise go somewhere else

I want to thank the management for having only relaxing music in the spa area! You’re the only pf that I’ve been to that does that!I have been a pf black card member for over 15 years. Pf is the best gym I my opinion. A good variety of equipment. Has massage beds and chairs. Always clean. Friendly staff. 👍

This is the closest location to me and not convenient so I probably won't join right now. However the place is very clean and organized. I loved that it didn't stink like other gyms. The back room with massage beds and chairs was my favorite part of the gym.

So far so good. Love the dude with the bleached hair that works in the morning. He has a very good attitude and gives you the motivation through his easy of communicating to come back. Can’t stand the “manager” with the blue hair. Bad approach … I only know she’s the manager because of the power trip to share. Take a page or 2 from your employees book; you want to bring people to the club, not chase them off. Apart from that it’s a 4 ⭐️for now, with the potential for a 5⭐️.

I would give zero stars if I could. This location is the worst planet fitness I have ever been to. The staff does not clean, they stand around at the front counter on their phones, and they’re extremely rude!!! Half the machines are broken and don’t even work. Their mats are disgusting and all ripped up. Oh and the people that come to this location have no gym etiquette. DO NOT COME HERE.

The worst gym I have ever been in. Not a single barbell in the place.Weird arbitrary rules prevent meaningful progression.Machines showing their age with rusty bits and such - all machines worked fine however.The only reason this gets a 2-star is because the staff were all very nice and helpful. The customer service was genuinely excellent.I was staying near by on vacation and decided to give them a shot.

I love that the staff seems glad to see me back. They are super encouraging. They show me how to use any machine I'm unfamiliar with. Lots of cardio machines and TV screens. I see them cleaning the equipment. I looove the Crowd Meter; it's a factor to help me decide when I go. Being open 24 hours is a bonus too!

I travel for a living, so I work out at planet fitness’s across the country; this seems to be the only one with a combination system in the locker , rather than a padlock system; and every time I go here I have to get help opening my locker when I’m done , that’s it , besides at the gym was 😎 awesome …
