This place is incredible. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging and the members are extremely nice with no judgement at all. The work is challenging but I am already seeing results!

I felt very welcomed at my first class and have been hooked ever since! It is a very positive environment and the workouts are always different so you never get bored. So happy to now be apart of F45.

Moving from New York about a year ago was tough enough, but not having a gym I could call home, made it even harder. F 45 is more than a gym but a family. Where like minded people come to work out, chat and establish friendships. The coaches are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make first time visitors feel comfortable and wanting more.
