Really love this gym! The workouts are challenging and never boring. The coaches are super diligent about watching form to help you avoid injury, which I really value. Great vibes and encouraging energy from everyone there. Definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with this gym and the classes. The coaches are phenomenal and guide you through every step of each workout. I highly recommend HEW for everyone regardless of your fitness level or goals!

I love that there are multiple coaches in each class. The gym just was not cutting it anymore but at HEW fitness Stuart they really push you and make sure my form is good. When I leave I'm covered in sweat and feel great. I highly recommend. 🙂 …
