HEW Fitness

Been working out here since 11/22. The coaches are top notch, they genuinely care about every student, and push you without making you feel bad. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and they work hard to cultivate a family atmosphere here!

I cannot recommend HEW Fitness enough! This gym has truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The tight bonding environment they've created is truly special - you feel like a part of the family, not just a stranger.What I appreciate most about HEW Fitness is that it's a team effort. The trainers and members are all so supportive and encouraging, which creates a truly motivating and positive atmosphere. The preplanned workouts are also a huge plus - you don't have to worry about guessing what exercises to do, which takes out all of the guess work.If you're looking for a gym that will challenge you physically and mentally, but also create a welcoming and supportive community, HEW Fitness is the place to be. I am so excited to be part of the HEW family! All of the coaches are amazing, encouraging, fun, entertaining and supportive! Never knew working out could be so fun and rewarding. Everyday I walk in they greet me by name and ask how I am doing or if I need help with anything (not just workouts but life in general). I am seeing results in just 3 weeks! I highly recommend this location to anyone who is interested. Love you guys!

I've been attending classes here for about 3 weeks and I already feel like part of the HEW family. All (and I mean ALL) of the coaches take the time to support me, challenge me, and make me laugh during workouts. I've recommended HEW to multiple friends and family, and all of them have joined because of the encouraging atmosphere and great sessions. Who knew hard, sweaty workouts could be so much fun?

HEW psl has been life changing for me. I love how you can get the 1 on 1 experience with the coaches and how patient they are. Overall all the HEW community is great and always willing to give you a helping hand. I am happy with the results im seeing and soo glad i decided to invest in myself and join HEW.

This is the best work out place I been to I have been going there since last November and have seen some great results,,,, every coach is so nice and friendly they take their timeTo go every work out with you and to be honest where do you see in a gym people going around just to make sure you doing it right😊😊😍😍

HEW PSL is the best! They hold you accountable and help improve movements. They are constantly helping me achieve goals and hit new PRs! I highly recommend giving this gym a try

We have great experience at HEW. The staffs are very friendly, especially for Chris, he is our best trainer, he knows what we’re capable of doing, he’s very patient with us, very encouraging!
