Lift Vero

Exercise in a personalized, fun environment with the Lift team! I joined in January 2020 to participate in a challenge, and have been an active member since then. All the Lift team members are exceptionally kind (Gina even lent me her workout shoes this week when I forgot mine at home), and all the members encourage and look out for each other.

Best gym and awesome service I have been trying to loose weight for ten years, with their guidance lost 20 lbs in one month. I will continue until my goal is met and will always go to this gym! They are awesome, ethical, caring and extremely knowledgeable! I just moved to vero beach in 2020 from Miami and Lift is a top notch gym! Bonnie and Steve are inspiring and amazing!

The Lift Vero staff is very friendly, treating each individual with respect and dignity. They ensure each client is satisfied with their workout and often suggest improvements to make your workout more rewarding. With most gyms drops insurance coverage, Lift still recognizes most insurance workout plans. The best.

Lift Vero is a great place to exercise and stay fit. It has an excellent variety of equipment machines and free weights. In addition, the facility offers many different options of exercise classes, spinning, stretching, weight management, etc.. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best of all it is not an intimidating environment regardless of your fitness, as many gyms can be. Highly recommend trying this facility.

I first started at Lift in June of 2021. I was sick of feeling terrible and needed a change. I came in thinking it would be like any other gym I had joined in the past, but everyone at Lift welcomed me with open arms. No one ever makes you like an outcast. It’s so nice to have a community of people that have been in your shoes and are willing to help you reach your goals. Steve, Paula, and Shannon are the best trainers I’ve ever had. They focus on you even when there are other people around. They make sure you’re doing workouts that are safe for your body and they push you to be stronger each and every day. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of everyone that I met at Lift. Thank you so much for what you do for the community!

Lift Vero has been awesome to me. I’ve been going there for years. I enjoy the yoga class taught by Rose Armentano. It is excellent! Bonnie and Steve manage an awesome gym which has a very friendly & great overall vibe. You don’t get lost in a sea of people. The personal trainers and staff are exceptional! I have had nothing but good experiences at Lift Vero! It is hands down The Best Choice! I highly recommend Lift Vero to my friends and family.

Awesome people! I love it here. The intrinsic motivation combined with the varied classes was key to my personal success. I did the 6 week challenge and followed all the instructions. I lost all the weight in 5 weeks. This is the first gym/program that I have continued to be involved with after I finished a challenge.

The staff at Lift Vero are warm, and welcoming. All of the trainers are knowledgeable, and energetic. The owners are ardent about every member living a healthy, physically fit life, and aiding each individual in their fitness journey. It's a great uplifting atmosphere. I am extremely thankful, for my "family" at Lift Vero!

I started at LiftVero a year ago today, starting with a 6 - week challenge. I was able to lose 30 pounds and still keep it off! I absolutely love this gym! I've never been a work out person and going to the gym was VERY Intimidating ,however, with instructor based classes.... they tell me what to do and for how long - and that was exactly what I needed! Staff is super supportive! Totally recommend!.... ( I'm going on yr two of my membership to this gym).

Super friendly and helpful people. They have guest passes but easiest to buy online now. They don't have staff everyday now and they've gone to an electronic door and also don't have cash so have to pay with credit card.
