Elkins ~ has a forever fan & doesn’t even know it. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼The young man that works here is 💯% an asset to this establishment!! He is the definition of customer service , care , hospitality knowledge . I have had this membership for a long time and could not bring myself to to just GO in . I have read reviews about employees being rude or making people feel uncomfortable. I had the complete opposite experience!! He has made day , week , year !! I had such a positive experience that I can’t wait to come back . I didn’t want to leave . He was also kind to everyone he interacted with . He handled everything with the gift of quit curtesy that you were a new customer that wasn’t experienced in ANYTHING!!I wasn’t alone with the “beginner” level ..A mother and daughter were trying everything out for the first time as well . He was so patient & kind with us .We were very pleased and felt like new ladies when we were finished.I give Elkins 20 million stars !! I would not feel this great if it wasn’t for him helping me .It’s been a much needed self care day after a couple months of intense after hurricane damage .If I didn’t happen to run into this kind human i would probably be super depressed right now instead of feeling like getting back to the boat yard and getting it done .A lot ti he said for what someone like him can do to make the world a better place !!He is an example!!! Of what simple acts of kindness can do to change so many other things that he never even know he did by simply being polite , kind , thoughtful…..He definitely did his job and from what I had noticed a lot of other peoples as well .While his co workers were just trying to hang out and talk . He was the only one to stop them when anyone came up to the counter or the phone rang , he was the only one to come check on people , how they were doing , give them a short tutorial, wipe stuff down for them .I honestly didn’t see anyone else working except him .The manager was doing management stuff .She was super sweet as well .I give 5 stars on cleanliness, well maintained EVERYTHING!!It’s amazing !Thank you 🙏🏼P.s ….I’m unsure if his name was Elkin or Elkins …He was on the phone with a customer while I was leaving . So I asked the manager on the way out .✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Giving a 3 star only because the girls at the front desk are always so rude. They are not friendly or quick to smile and make the members feel like they are bothering them if they ask a question. Creates a bad vibe. Otherwise it’s a great gym and clean.UPDATE 12/2/22Still no greeting from the girls even though they are right in front of the scanner. So awkward! The manager and owner obviously don’t care about service. I travel full time and have been to hundreds of Planet Fitnesses so I know the corporate standard they hold for friendliness. This location is lacking. These 2 girls need to learn how to treat customers or go elsewhere.

The staff at Planet Fitness Stuart Florida are always friendly and hospitable and very accommodating with all my needs, I would recommend, and do, Planet Fitness to all my family and friends!

Very cleaned and lots of cardio equipment, and convinient that they stay opened till late.

Facility is clean. Confused as to why there’s a big sign that says “24/5” when they are only open all night 3 days a week.

Lots of homeless lives in a parking lot of planet fitness in Stuart they come in early a.m. take their showers and leave not a good place to work out anymore
