I like to go early in the morning when it's very few people. Friendly staff! There is a sign at door must wear mask! I was extremely happy to see that they are requiring mask. Gym was extremely clean and stocked when cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer throughout gym. I enjoyed my morning workout!!💪🏽 Keep up the great job Planet Fitness!! Oh I almost forgot all the gym equipment are brand new!!!🤗❤ #besafe #stayhealthy 🙏🏽

Recently moved here and used to go to the Planet Fitness in Stuart. Big difference between the 2 gyms. At this one you can barely get the desk people to make eye contact with you or even acknowlege you when you come in or leave. Most the time they're busy on their phones and don't even bother to make any form of contact with you. In the short time I've been here the ladies restroom has been closed down and we've been using the men's locker Room. Now there is no shower facilities available at all but you don't discover that until after your workout. Not sure if I'm going to keep coming here until these issues are sorted out. Most of the people working out are very friendly though and they do have a lot of nice equipment.

The Planet Fitness facility is a great place to work out at. I stay motivated when ever i am at the facility. They offer a great value in terms of what is offered for the price they charge. I personally started out at the fort Pierce location and now im training in Vero 🌴 Beach. I feel like im accomplishing all my fitness goals at this jym . Thankfully i write. Deceitful business practice "...any oral or written statements...or conduct by a seller...". Club manager Tony Khorasani told me he would honor a partial refund if I brought documentation proving my case. I presented a notarized letter proving my part but he reversed his promise. I am a service connected disabled veteran living on a fixed income but Tony didn't care...Deceitful!

Whoever isn't at Walmart is at this facility. Always packed, often have to find an open treadmill just to wait for some equipment to work out on. Once it opens up, you have 5 seconds to get to it, cuz others are waiting too. I've seen people take someone's spot while they were adding weights on a Smith machine. This place is in dire need of an expansion, they cannot accommodate the amount of members they have. I have also seen people walk in and turn around, myself included. Equipment is wearing out quick. I hope they upgrade or relocate to a bigger facility.

I had an emergency last year and had to leave Vero back to South Florida, the manager knew of what happened and told me I had to come in, I could not. I never ever used the gyms facilities and asked the manager to please cancel my membership, he insisted I write the gym a letter, which I did, they tell me they never got it, and here it is over a year later and they are still taking monies out of my bank. I work in retail and deal with hundreds of people. Vero being my hometown is small but everyone knows each other, the gyms reputation is slowly loosing respect.

I have been to many other planet fitness locations on the east coast and this is the only one I've seen actually use the 'lunk alarm' for people making noise with the weights, and enforce the policy against cellphone calls on the floors. Kinda ridiculous. So minus 2 stars for those points, otherwise a perfectly fine gym.

Really like the friendly, safe environment. Variety of equipment to work with and hours to go whenever I have time to get in. Just joined a few days ago but not new to working out! I enjoy a different way to reduce stress and increase endorphins!

Thieves. Joined end of October. This morning I get a charge out of the blue for $42. I inquired at the front desk and a snippy little millennial, annoyingly smacking her gums and twisting her hair like a 12 year old, says oh that's your annual fee. When I tried to ask why, when I JUST joined??? she gives me a look like she can care less and ignored me. I am canceling membership and charging this "annual ripoff" back to the bank. UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Looks to me like there is a training issue and you are the problem. I was NOT told of this fee, NO one "thoroughly explained" anything, I was NOT emailed a "copy" of any agreement and when I ask about it, a PROPERLY trained employee would be able to answer and SHOW me this elusive document. So rather than "blame the customer" by telling me to "read" my agreement and that your "staff thoroughly reviewed it with me", why not talk to your staff and maybe hold a training session or two to get them up to speed with what they are supposed to be doing.. Hope THAT helps.

Will not recommend coming here at night. And am terminating my membership. I considered buying a musicale Milk last night to try, changed my mind and put it back into the cooler. Next night I come in the night worker accused me of stealing it saying one was missing. For one your not a manager and two it’s not your place to accuse or confront me about any product that came up missing on your watch. I felt offended and profiled. Definitely will file a report . Be careful of the young white male that works at night. unprofessional and lacks professionalism.. never had issues before tonight but this takes the cake. I’ll spend more money elsewhere to have peice of mind.
