Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Depending on the time of day the club is either a big mess or very clean. There are always new people working there so it seems like there is a very high turnover rate which tells me it is not a good company to work for plus I know they pay less than McDonald's workers. I don't believe that their staff is treated well as I've seen the assistant managers treat them like they are beneath them. I have also smelt very strong marijuana odor coming from the staff members. I don't have a problem with it personally but being on the job high is very unprofessional and could be the reason why the club is not taken care of properly. The only good thing is the low price.

Wow the difference between my home PF in Jupiter and this was crazy. Do better! Make rooms for tanning at least. These are the tanning pods out in the gym. No privacy just super ghetto.

Great customer service and I love the policy of having their customers clean the equipment themselves. I definitely recommend this place for van lifers who either have a membership or are thinking of getting one, I definitely recommend it.

I love MY PF, I visited Vero's PF to take a class, (since FP doesn't have a trainer yet,) and they didn't have half of the equipment. I wouldn't pay for a Black Card membership there AT ALL!

Vero isn't mask mandated, we been wearing them for over a year. If people actually did the science behind a virus and a mask they would understand a virus is 10x smaller than a stran of hair and a mask if put under a microscope has 100s of holes where the virus still can be put out into the air. Not to mention it's circulated air. Covid has a 99.7% survival rate and if over 70 it's a 96% survival rate. "We want people to feel safe" Great! Since mask "work" people who wanna wear them can still wear them and everyone else can just go on not being forced to wear a mask they touch 1000s times and then touching everything else.Next everyone needs to wear hair nets because hair could have covid and we need to protect them.

It's hilarious that the only way you can cancel your membership is by physically going into the location or writing a LETTER lol. This is really ridiculous. They get 3 stars only because the staff is always really nice.

The staff is friendly and very kind when reminding of the mask (i tend to walk to the spray without it and realize after) the other customers that come can be stand offish but thats them. I love it here and definitely recommend

This facility excellent. The people who work here never stop cleaning and maintaining the entire facility. Obviously reasonably priced but the people who work here should get a raise for working their butts off. Thanks for what you do
