I was very impressed with Planet Fitness. I thought the low membership fee meant a lower quality than the place I used before...not so. The place is huge, has a lot of work out equipment, and the staff works diligently to make sure the place is sanitary. Highly recommend!

These people are unbelieveable. Liars. Hidden charges. Charged annual fee twice in 3 months . And they threatened another charge since I requested cancellation. Currently, at my bank dealing with this and my bank says they deal with this all the time with planet fitness. DISHONEST BUSINESS. NO INTEGRITY. STAY AWAY OR GET TAKEN! They have struck again. And the saga continues…different charges and even different versions of their name! My bank says they do this all the time! Unbelieveable 😡BAD PEOPLE ARE JUST NOT GOING TO WIN! not on my watch! Just had another “encounter” with the local vero beach manager. Not pleasant. NOW I HAVE TD BANK ON MY SIDE!! Now they rock- their employees are just regular people and they get what it feels like to be victimized by big business.The local planet fitness Vero Beach manager told me I gave them my actual bank account and that’s how they were able to charge me AGAIN. I would NEVER give anyone my bank count number-EVER! I may be naive but not that naive! He was arrogant, rude and threatening!I’m telling you, people beware!!!PLANET FITNESS if you think I am Going to stop here planet fitness you got another thing coming not happeningPLANET FITNESS, I AM JUST GETTING STARTED!!!3 months later and the manager still refuses to close my membership. And calling the billing people and they tell me they cannot cancel it. What is a person supposed to do???

Was passing through town and worked out here 5 times. Very clean, everything you need, good showers. By far the smallest PF I’ve been to in the country, the open layout doesn’t really allow for any personal space, but it’s a good facility.

Doesn’t have most machines the other facilities have. No hydro beds. Very small. Hand sanitizer machine doesn’t work. Paper towels rolls aren’t placed in the device just by it. Crowded. If all planet fitnesses were like this one I would not have a membership

Planet Fitness has reasonable rates and virtually the same machines and equipment as many expensive health clubs.Planet Fitness offers a full body workout in a half hour, here's how it works. They have 10 machines, identified by numbers 1 to 10 and arranged near each other, that together provide a workout of all main muscle groups. A timer informs the user when to advance to the next machine. By using the machines in sequence and following the timer, the circuit takes a half hour, and provides a complete workout. Nice!

This place is old and small. They have the tanning beds up by the front desk, and they are in small cubes were you undress and its barely big enough to put ur lotion on. Plus the have very weak bulbs (160 watts) for a stand up. I went the full time and didn't get any color. Complete waste of time. I've been to Planet Finesses all over the country (due to job) and have never been disappointed.

Today was my first visit here, and overall I’m pleasantly surprised by the facility. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for years; I’m pretty picky about the gym I work out at. This one’s got 2 of everything, 4 smith machines, and plenty of DBs and barbells (and they were all where they were supposed to be!).What I *will* say tho (and the reason behind the 3 ⭐️ rating), is that I’ve been low key coughing since the second I walked in there. That’s a dead giveaway symptom for me that there’s mold in the vicinity (plus that old gym/damp tent smell I was slapped on the head with upon entering the building). Needless to say, this is gonna be a problem for me going forward. Not sure what I can do to mitigate the allergic reaction, but it sure would be nice if they fixed the issue. I’m sure other members would also greatly appreciate.

I have memberships at 3 gyms in Vegas, only one is here in Vero though, so I go to Planet Fitness. It’s actually good though, plenty of equipment, extremely clean, and so far the workers seem nice.

This gym is fine. Not good if you're serious about training, but good obviously for beginners.I'm writing this because the company's cancelation policy is unbelievable. I had the black card and was traveling and using different gyms. In order to cancel before I got charged for another month, I was supposed to either walk into my hometown gym (in another state), or mail in a letter to them requesting to cancel. This is unbelievable in 2022, and it would never get there in time to not get charged for another month. The company needs to change this archaic process.Otherwise, the employee Corina at the Vero Beach location was fantastic! Give her a raise!

Spent a week in the area, made it to this PF 5 times. Place was clean and staff and others were very nice. They have a great choice of equipment and good room to workout. Probably the smallest PF I’ve been in, but they do very well with the space they have. Most of the staff was great they were friendly and helpful, always walking around cleaning and refilling towels and spray bottles. There was 1 young man that said he was bored while standing there staring at the movie on his phone. Don’t think he appreciated me telling him to go clean the restrooms if he’s bored. It’s to bad that there are people out there that feel entitled to a pay check with out working for it. He and I exchanged some philosophies and I told him, if he was the first employee I met, I would not of been as impressed as I was with this place and if he doesn’t like his job find 1 where he could be in charge. Great PF. Would definitely be back, would love to talk with (he knows who) again.
