Planet Fitness

The gym is one of the nicer planet fitnesses I've been to. Feels new and everything is clean. But the water fountains are broken more often than they're not and water is not available, AT A GYM, unless you buy the water bottles from their fridge. I don't care that it's just a dollar but I'm paying for a gym with working basic utilities and when I can't even drink water here for free, it makes me question my membership. I drink a lot of water when I work out. Management should make the exception to provide access to free drinking water, period.

My worst experience. My last visit was dreadful. I was forced to download the Planet Fitness app in order to bring my guest. Other Planet Fitness Gyms in the surrounding area allows my guest to use their phone number to check in, but not here. My observation of Planet Fitness' staff is to refill cleaning stations, clean restrooms, showers, and guest check-in, but most of all Customer Service !!!!!! Not here. I wasted 20 minutes of my time setting up the Planet Fitness App, almost lost motivation to workout. I will travel to the customer friendly Planet Fitness in Fort Pierce when bringing guest. My friend stated this experience turned him off from getting a membership at Planet Fitness. He's going to LA Fitness.

I have been member since it opened. Stopped going during covid. Started back 2 months ago. The staff seems to be always cleaning, vacuuming and wiping down equipment..At this time going to clean gym is important..Staff is great but some members could be a little cleaner ..Very happy with cleanliness.Also the machines are in great condition

Very friendly staff. No hard sales pitch. The space is large with enough machines and other equipment. Various classes available. App works pretty well. Excellent price point for the membership without the goodies. Additional goodies available for a higher rate. The place was very clean and there are usually at least a few staff actively cleaning with supplies placed around the floor should you choose to clean something yourself. Plenty of parking in back as well as in front. Since it is a 24/7 facility, I wonder about safely parking at night and staffing as well. As I am "on hold" at the moment, that is something I will investigate once I get going again. All in all, can't go wrong with this place.

Great staff. They’re always very friendly and work hard to maintain a clean environment. Honestly, this has been the most positive experience I’ve had at a PF gym in comparison to other locations I’ve held a membership at. It does tend to get crowded at random times, which does make it a little tricky to find empty space to workout in or free machines/cables, but the overall vibes of this gym make it all worthwhile. And other members are generally pretty considerate and friendly as well. Highly recommend this location.

I REALLY like this gym. Clean atmosphere. They go and disinfect everything pretty often. They have the total body radiance red light emitter machines plus tanning and the hydro massage! I love the elliptical machine.. and the fact that they have free weights plus weight machines. Staff has always been really friendly every single time I've gone here. I joined after being my friends guest, cause I was impressed. I do wish they had a pool tho! But still a great CONVENIENT place to work out!

I wanted to sign up here cause “if u don’t use it u lose it!” I’m pretty shy and get a lil social anxiety. The thought of going to the gym to me was horrendous. But- I decided to join for my health. Glatchy is so awesome! It feels good to walk in there and see her friendly face which immediately puts me at ease. It’s a great vibe here I love how clean it is. I love to use the hydro massage bed after a nice little work out. They have all the machines u need, massage chairs and tanning booths too. Showers for after your workout and pretty good hours. They have a workout schedule with a trainer that comes with all the memberships. Cool place, really. They even have a summer program for teens to workout for free. I really like this place.

The gym is overall good but much smaller than the location on Route 1 in PSL. Staff is nice and can get stuffy but overall, it's ok.

Awesome staff/team and super clean! Even during the peak hours they are helping out and working on keeping all the equipment clean! Highly recommend!

Normally I am a road runner 🏃‍♀️ long endurance running is my thing , but I see the gyms can help to build stamina and strength to my body , so because of that I believe planet fitness is good for me , good priceAnd no judgement zone 😎 …
