Great Gym! Clean, and Machines all work. The girl Haley that works there is great at making sure everything is clean and in working order.

Black member and love the 30 minute workout and hydro massage. Sometimes other members don’t follow the policy and stay on the machine. The manager gave me his mobile number and is working on improving. He kindly listened to the feedback. Great leader helping his team.

Assistant manager Garrett was rude and unprofessional. Gym’s computer system is not synced with other planet fitness memberships or their other gyms. I was told I still have an active membership when I don’t, and when I did still have a membership, their system didn’t recognize it and I was told I couldn’t work out there even with a current black card membership bc it wasn’t in their computer system. The ceiling used to leak, not sure if they fixed that. They said their music volume was up and down because of water damage so they couldn’t control the music volume in the gym. Other problems too.

The bathroom showers and changing facilities are absolutely disgusting in this place. I was there on Thursday and noticed the same trash with Q-tips and some brown sludge. Therefore the last couple days. This place is nasty.

The Planet Fitness Gym on Military Trail in Jupiter FL is a clean and comfortable space. The people who work there are very helpful. Now that health concerns are lessening and the world seems to be stabilizing, I'm happy to get back to exercising and happy to be heading back to Planet Fitness.

I called to discuss my account and the person who answered the phone could give me no answers and spent most of the time going “uhhhhhhh…yeah I don’t know”. There was an imaginary manager there that he said he was going and speaking to that he would put me on hold to come back give me information but it was clear he didn’t speak to anyone. It’s a complete joke. Obviously most of the positive reviews on this are fake if you dig into who is posting them. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to go to a different gym so atleast you know your gonna be dealing with people who can offer some sort of assistance. Talking to these people will make you feel dumber like you are in a dialogue with SpongeBob and Patrick.
