I've been attending OTF at Lloyd Center since they opened the studio. I had a regular fitness routine at another gym and studio and just thought I'd give it a try. I truly was hooked by halfway through the first class. I couldn't stop grinning! The staff are really wonderful, the coaches superb the other OTF members are friendly and inspiring, and the workouts are exceptional. I can't say enough good about OTF and this studio specifically.

Highly recommend OT Lloyd! Front of house staff always greets you with a smile, the coaches are fun and encouraging with great play lists and the workouts are always challenging! Shout out to coach Elissa: she makes the workouts fun, knows us by name and has the best energy! 😊 …

Can not recommend OT Lloyd highly enough. The staff and coaches are wonderful people. Engaged, knowledgable, kind and motivating. I started going to OT in July 2021 as a last-ditch effort to address daily, chronic neck and shoulder pain caused by years of a very stressful 10+ hour per day desk/computer job. I had tried a number of other methods to address the chronic pain but was getting nowhere and was in so much pain some days that I could not turn my neck at all. After 7 months of OT 3x per week my pain is 90% gone and I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been. Yes you do have to prioritize it in your schedule and commit to going regularly, but if you do, you will be amazed by how good and strong you feel. Make the investment in yourself, you are worth it!!

It took me years to finally try. I was recommended by so many friends but it sounded gimmicky. I was so wrong. The set up is there are 3 areas, treadmill, row, and floor exercise. The hour is broken up into 12 to 15 minutes each. The exercises consist of HIIT or endurance types. So you never get the same workout, even if you go everyday. The trainers are great, their energy is infectious, and help your form.Don't be intimidated if you haven't worked out in a while, if you're just getting started. I think it's the culture to be inclusive and supportive. I end up working harder when there are other people there pushing themselves. In 4 months I toned up so much and shaved 4 minutes off my mile ( ok ok, I was super slow to begin with). Give it a try. If you hate it, you never have to go again. But if you love it, big big returns.

Great place, great workout, mostly great staff. I use OT to pull out of a plateau, when its too icy, or too hot to run outside. I like the visual of the heart monitor as it inspires me to shoot to get to the orange and red and stay there for the entire class if possible. I've done 55 mins so I can do it safely. The visual helps with my personal ability to push. I know I don't achieve this on my own at the gym or on a run. Its a good incorporation of exercise and health balance for me.

I loved the fact that I had a personal trainer who didn’t JUST stand around me. He moved around but still managed to help correct my posture and helped with positive reassurance. This work out was quick, somewhat difficult, but FELT DAMN GOOD! I wanted to give it my all and the group around me wanted to see me give my best. I love the group setting and wouldn’t mind making this a for sure thing. So awesome! Music is also always a plus.

Hands down the best OTF location in Portland!! The workouts are great but what makes this place better than the rest is the staff and coaches. Recently relocated here for a job and I can't not say enough good things about Daniel. He made the transition from our previous location a breeze, plus he is so personable and has the best attitude ...makes getting your butt kicked for the hour not as bad. In addition, I have to applaud all the coaches, Jon, Elissa, Emily and Bethany! They know how to motivate you throughout the whole workout and lead the class with ease. I can promise you, you will never be confused with how great their cueing is! Thanks for the workouts OTF Lloyd!

I moved here from Denver temporarily and sad I can’t keep this as my go to gym when I return to CO. I have gone to a few OTF locations and have to say… this one is for sure the best. Daniel is the studio manager and truly cares about making Lloyd OTF a great experience for everyone who walks in. The coaches are also excellent and always keeping you motivated. The whole team is wonderful and made my stay in Portland all the better. Highly recommend checking this location out if you are in the area and looking for a gym!

I loved the variety and efficiency of the workouts. I was able to get a great workout in just 60 minutes.. The trainers are awesome and everyone was so friendly. I was turned off when I had a shoulder injury that prevented me from working out. I asked to suspend my account for 30 days and was told I needed a doctors note. Really? I was so turned off by this experience that I cancelled my membership and eventually bought a connected fitness bike. I also changed a 5 star OTF review to a 2 star review based on this experience.

The coaches are fantastic and the workout will kick you a** – in a good way! I've really enjoyed all the classes I've taken so far and am looking forward to getting in shape. The biofeedback from the heart rate monitor is really fantastic to be able to tell how hard you're working out. I feel like I'm already addicted. Very happy I decided to give Orange Theory a try :)
