If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend coming to get your sweat on and feeling like family! Also did you know classes are 40 mins? Great for those who want a focused and productive workout.

AMAZING WORKOUTS! I never get bored, and I always leave with a great workout. Very efficient and very fun. The instructors are so smart and nice, too. I've worked out everywhere, but now I've finally found my place. I love it here.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I've been showing up at least 3 times a week for about 8 months and only cried once. If you know me and gyms, you know that's a miracle. Every session kicks my butt firmly to the curb, but in a good way. The coaches are kind, gracious, attentive, creative, just pushy enough, and a blast to get sweaty with. They let me dance in a corner when I'm just done but it's not over yet. AND THERE ARE NO MIRRORS! which I love. Come on down, people!
