Workouts that are a blast and super challenging. The staff has been top notch and have been a pleasure to work with. I’ve been toa couple different of these group style workout gyms and this one is at the top.

Attended a hand-balancing workshop here. We had a great time! I learned a lot and was physically and mentally challenged.

You won’t regret EVER taking classes at PFBBC! From beginners to intermediate workout levels, this place is for everyone. You automatically feel welcomed by everyone there, both coaches and others in the class which is a great feeling right off the bat. Keep rocking, PFBBC!

I've been working out here for about 5 months and really love the challenge. I enjoy the fast pace and efficiency of the workouts and everyday the workouts are different, which keeps things fun and interesting. Thanks Julian, you are an amazing trainer!

I recommend FBBC to anyone who enjoys group fitness and needs some motivation. Best Parts: it's a quick, but effective, workout. Great variety, skilled coaches and great people. I love my FBBC mornings! I wish they offered a lunch time class, so I could go more often!

Update: the owner reached out to me, did research on the issue, and corrected the issue. I increased my star review from 1 star to 3. I appreciate the willingness to make things right. If you try FBBC, check out Julian's classes - he's awesome.Original review: I have very mixed feelings for this place. First of all, Julian is amazing. He is a great instructor, so encouraging, and always sets up routines that really challenge your body. Every workout I've had here has been fun and sweaty! My complaint is with the management of this company (or franchise? I don't really know how this company works, but I only interact with the SE Portland location). I went here for months using ClassPass and I highly recommend just going through CP instead of FBBC to take classes - I never had any issues by going through CP. But my life has recently changed drastically and I stopped using ClassPass and decided to sign up for a killer deal that FBBC was offering - 21 days for $21. When I inquired about the special I told them I would not be able to activate it for potentially a month or longer due to personal circumstances. They told me that was no problem and that there was no expiration date. They insisted I attend an orientation even though their records showed I had been to FBBC for 25 classes already. I thought that was silly but I went. Now my personal circumstances have allowed me to attend my classes and yesterday I went to sign up and saw that my $21/21 days package was no longer good. I reached out to the owner (I guess?? The only person that contacts me from FBBC) who told me that my account had expired since it had been over 30 days since I attended orientation and that I would need to reactivate my account for a $10 fee. I told her about my experience being told I could activate it at any time and she said "Yeah, it is no problem. We just have to reactivate the program for you!" I understood that text message to mean that she was waiving the fee since her employees had given me false information. This morning I was very surprised to see a $10 charge from FBBC. The amount of money is small - $31 in total - it's the business practices that is so worrisome. I feel taken advantage of and terribly communicated with. I plan to use up my 21 day plan since I've already paid for it, but I don't plan to do anything else with this company. I just don't trust them.

FBBC has to be one of the best gyms I've ever been a part of, period! From the positive and welcoming staff to fun workouts, there is so much intentionality that goes into helping you achieve your fitness goals. Even though I only purchased a 6 week Groupon trial, I was treated as part of the FBBC family from day one through their excellent communication and genuine desire to help cater to ALL my health and fitness needs. I 100% recommend FBBC to anyone and everyone looking to reach new levels on their fitness journey!

The trainers are great, especially Julian. Classes are short but usually leave me sweaty and feeling like I had a good workout. Location is clean and centrally located.Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there are limited class times available, especially on the weekends. Only offer 2 Saturday morning classes and nothing on Sunday. Last class of the week day starts at 6:10pm, which was difficult to make with my work schedule. Also, make sure to carefully review the cancellation policy if you decide to become a member, as it is not intuitive.

Originally decided to try out Portland Fit Body Bootcamp because it is only three blocks from my apartment, but quickly fell in love with the workouts and the trainers. These HIIT workouts go by quickly and are easy to fit into my busy schedule and even after three weeks I am seeing a huge difference. Emily's passion for fitness and love for the clients shines bright and the team also has amazing knowledge and tips for nutrition! Excited to continue this journey!
